4 ELIGIBILITY YOU MUST BE ACADEMICALLY ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND Eligibility will be pulled on Tuesday, January 27 you will be ed if you are ineligible or in danger of becoming eligible. Final eligibility will be pulled on Friday, January 30 if you are failing more than one class at this point you will not be able to attend districts. If you do not attend districts for any reason, you are ineligible to attend the state conference in Vail in April.

18 QUALIFYING FOR STATE You will qualify for state if you are in the top 3 of your event. The top three (3) in Objective Only Events The top three (3) in Objective/Computer Production Events The top three (3) in Team Events The top three (3) in Individual/Team Events The top three (3) in Individual Judged Events If you qualify in both of your events, you will have to pick ONE event in which to compete at state. State does not allow a person to compete in more than one event. You may be bumped into a qualifying position if the competitors ahead of you choose not to go to state. If not all team members attend state, we are able to fill in other members to compete in their place.
