Guidance and procedure For reporting the status on CRAISS Online your system has to fulfill the following requirements: Internet Explorer (installing the latest version is recommended) Sun Java Version 1.4.x Pop-ups may not be blocked 1. Open the with the freight assigment 2. Use the link in the or in the PDF file!!! If no PDF file is attached please check the security settings of your client!!!

5 1.1 Status report for one shipment Enter status code. You can choose between the following codes: :delivered clean receipt - 061: no delivery possible You can either enter the status code manually or click on the magnifier symbol (a window in which you can choose the status code appears) Please fill in the correct date for the status code WARNING: 1. The date must not be in the future 2. The date must be entered in the following format: - DD.MM.YYY HH:MM (for example: :30) Please enter the name of the person who signed the delivery (Status = 012) Comments can be entered in this field
6 With a click on the Save button your status will be reported to the CRAISS system
7 Status report for one shipment: 1. Code 012 is reported if the delivery is carried out positive (It s possible to report more than one shipment at the same time) 2. Your status is reported to the CRAISS system

9 1.1 Status report for one shipment Enter status code. 11 Status reports for more than one shipment 1. Code 012 is reported if the delivery is carried out positive (If there are several shipments with the same pick-up and delivery adress you have to enter the status code and time only for one shipment) 2. Choose from selection (If there are several shipments with the same delivery address a window opens) 2.1 Choose Yes to report the status for all shipments with the same pick-up and delivery address 2.2 Choose No to report the status for only one shipment 3. Click Ok to confirm your entry 4. Statis werden an Craiss übermittelt.

Status selection Status report for positive delivery: date of delivery= unloading at the delivery address successfully completed If delivery is not possible please choose the following status Status report for negative delivery: report if shipment is not delivered successfully (if this status is reported an is send to the responible dispatcher at CRAISS) 2. Enter the reason for the negative delivery 3. Use the further comments field to specify the reason for the negative delivery

Time period for status reports The status reports via CRAISS Online has to be made promptly, that means the necessary information has be provided within the netxt 2 hours after delivery at the latest. If the shipment has a fixed date the status has to be reported 1 hour after the fixed date expires Is this not possible due to delay, the status code 061 has to be reported. In case the status reports do not comply with the specifications preciously mentioned we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15,- for each freight assignment.
