3 Login Screen (Registered Users): Enter Dubai Golf s e-procurement portal ( by keying in your User ID and Password Registration (New Users): Click on 'Register Now link at o Accept the User Agreement o Fill the Registration Data o Select the Category/Categories o Once saved, you will receive an with the system assigned password. o Login with the your User ID and sent password o You will be prompt to change the password. 3

6 Responding to RFI: Select My RFI s to proceed to the next screen Select the relevant RFI from the list by clicking (RFI Name) 6

7 Click on Settings link to review the closing date/ time for RFI and Messaging System Next, Download all attachments by clicking on Buyer Attachments link and using the Mass Download icon (Latest version of Java is required) 7

8 Finally, click on My Response to initiate your submission o Select either: Create a Response or Decline to Respond If you select Decline to Respond enter a valid reason for your decision and then click the Decline to Respond icon again. 8

9 If you select Create Response click the Edit Response button to access the Questionnaires and complete your response. Complete your response by answering all mandatory questions marked with an asterisk (*) Click on the Save and Return icon once you have finished answering all questions to go back to the main response page. Finally, you must click the Submit Response button in order to submit your completed response to Dubai Golf. 9

10 Then you will get below message to confirm that you reviewed your data before submission. Click OK, Below confirm that your response is submitted. 10

17 Messaging Tool: If you have clarifications about the technical or commercial requirements in the tender, Please click on messages: In this area use the Create Message icon under the Messages Console to send your query to Dubai Golf. Any unread messages from Dubai Golf will also show up in this area. Please review these notices carefully. 17

This will be available for Dubai Golf s review. Do not use the Messaging Console to attach confidential information/ details that would be included as part of your response. Frequently click the Save and Continue icon to ensure you do not lose your responses The maximum file size per question accepted by the system is 50MB although Dubai Golf recommends attaching no more than 2MB per file. Files can be attached in any format (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or as instructed by Dubai Golf.
