Stephens Convention and Conference Center has implemented a Digital Signage Network of 15 Large LCD s, strategically located throughout the Main Lobby & Conference Center. We are currently looking to expand the locations of our digital displays throughout the facility in effort to maximize the awareness for our participating sponsors. The screens are being utilized to display Convention & Conference Center event information alongside designated space to promote your business. We have created a digital medium for local businesses to afford strategic marketing at incredibly low costs inside the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The Convention Center offers a valuable location in a ready to buy environment. As a major economic component to the Village of Rosemont, our high traffic facility is the perfect venue to communicate with attendees, guests and visitors looking to explore Rosemont. Advertisement sponsorship on the Digital Signage Network runs through the duration of all Trade Shows throughout the year. There will be a maximum of 30 Advertising Sponsors allowed for the indoor digital signage sponsorship program. Stephens Convention Center shall not be held liable for failure to produce any version of the digital signage due to strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of God, or any circumstances outside the control of the producer. Digital Minds Inc. reserves the right to refuse any advertising ad request. Digital Minds Inc. and/or Donald E. Stephens Convention Center are not responsible for the accuracy or validity of claims or statements made by advertisers.
