ECI s Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) is a 6-month coach training program that has been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Here at Executive Coach International (ECI), we groom you to become a certified coach. Not just any coach, but one that is effective and delivers results. Our coaches have helped clients increase their income from $20k to $120k within 9 weeks; gain a promotion to be the youngest audit manager in MBS within 6 months; and improve their relationships to lead a more meaningful life. All this happened at ECI where you will be exposed to a unique pedagogy of coaching. The best part is, ECI s coach training program has been accredited by the International Coach Federation, and taking up this program would mean you are in good stead to become a certified coach. 4 Program Outline Classes will be conducted with engaging theory downloads, step-by-step drill practices as well as supervised demonstrations. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches. The ICF is the only organization that awards a global credential which is currently held by more than 9,000* coaches worldwide. If you are serious about building or maintaining your coaching business and care for being part of a well-respected, self-regulating profession, you will be interested in gaining an ICF Credential. 6 Our Dedicated Trainers ECI s Accredited Coach Training Program is led by a team of selected certified coaches who have consistently produced amazing breakthroughs with their clients and have at least 3 years of coaching experience. Your class would be led by 1 or 2 of the following ACTP trainers who walk the talk and have a strong grasp on coaching technical knowledge. You would be well supported in your development as a coach with our large team of highly qualified trainers. Behind the scenes, our team of trainers get together to consistently evolve our training content and delivery with the guidance of our lead trainers, Julia Ng and Loo Mei Yee. Julia Ng, Professional Certified Coach (ICF) Coaching since 2000, Julia has worked with over 600 people directly, and more than 1,500 indirectly. Julia s vast coaching experience makes her a versatile coach, employing approaches and styles that are best suited for her clients development. Many experience her as a steady and calm pillar of strength, with the wisdom of a sage that brings illumination and clarity to situations. When called for, she can be direct and no-nonsense in challenging her clients, earning her the title of kick-ass coach in some business circles. As a trainer, Julia is known to be patient, meticulous and she is known to be the gold standard for accurate technical knowledge. Loo Mei Yee, Professional Certified Coach (ICF) Since returning to Asia from Canada in 2007, Mei Yee has devoted her time to make a difference to people through coaching. Her abilities to connect and understand her clients emotionally, together with her firm and unwavering determination, allow her to empower her clients to achieve their dreams and goals over and over again. Clients know Mei Yee as a coach who is warm, understanding, direct and extremely supportive in their growth in life.
