Business Objective Creation of a new Over the Counter application written in.net to comply with Oakland County standards.the new application will be updated to use the PCI web services. This will include configuration of the decryption service. Creation of this application can be done in the Local Environment or in the Cloud. The application will access the stub SQL database. The stub database will enhance our ability to reduce system down-time. This will also address new security requirements for Oakland County as well as the decryption service.
