All payment transactions will occur behind the scenes using Oakland County s Shopping Cart, ecommerce and Application Programmer Interface (API). 2. To modify the packaging, marketing and sales strategies created for the Standard ecommerce Package to include Professional ecommerce Package details. 3. Generate additional revenue from new and existing agencies 4. Increase number of government agencies participating in electronic payment program. The highest volume of civil transactions were processed by the 46th DC (12,452) Transaction ranges used to sperate district court into groups: small - 4,151; medium - 4,152 to 6,226; large - 6,227 to 12,452 Number of district courts per group: small - 3; medium - 4; large - 6 Average transaction volume per group: small - 2,471; medium - 5,046; large - 8,787 Number of district courts currently using a third-party vendor to process payments: Oakland County = 14; Official Payments = 6; Combination of OC and OP = 3 Projected New Customer Growth: 5/14 exisiting OC customers (using ecitations); 2/3 customers using a combo of OC & OP for processing payments; 1/3 recruited from OP customers; 2 new customers not currently using OC or OP (total = 10) Projected New Customer Growth by Group: small - 3; medium - 4; large - 3 Average Enhanced Access Fee was calculated by converting all civil fees currently being accepted by the 48th District Court into corresponding EAF and calculating an average ($86.25/22 = $3.92) Sales & Marketing team will be established.
