Yes No Mandate Source: Project Goal To enhance the Criminal Justice Data Warehouse so that authorized personnel from the Courts, Sheriff s department, and Community Corrections will be able to develop additional reporting for use by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) and for the purpose of inmate population management using the Business Objects tool suite thereby providing decision support by September 3, 26. Business Objective This scope includes but is not limited to these objectives: To define and implement enhancements to the current Local Administrative Order (LAO) report. The LAO is considered a mandate pursuant to a local governing policy (LAO 6-6 Jail Population Reduction Measures). To enhance the current Criminal Justice Data Warehouse infrastructure to include Next Event Date & Type and Last Event Date & Type from the Circuit Court and the 52 nd District Courts. To define and implement additional reports for the purpose of managing the jail inmate population. To enhance the current Criminal Justice Data Warehouse infrastructure to include the Prosecutor s Name for Circuit Court cases.
