5 Create & Visualise All projects begin with a carefully crafted brief in order to clearly identify our client s aspirations. Following an initial thorough interrogative phase we will bring together select imagery and materials for first presentation, our intention to prompt collaborative dialogue, further defining the ambitions of the design. Once a definitive language for the scheme has been reached we will begin establishing the direction of the concept proposal. This will be produced in a variety of media, from indicative mood boards, hand drawn sketches to physical samples and specifications. 9

6 All materials and presentations issued by Morpheus are beautifully packaged, easily interpreted and supported by articulate face-to-face reasoning as to how we have derived a particular design DNA for a project. We then allow our client time to digest and respond to our ideas - revising them appropriately based on their feedback. From the approved concept we can then produce photorealistic renderings for final sign-off, further offering reassurance that the final deliverable remains as true to the original intent as possible. 10

At Morpheus we realise, more than most, that no two projects or clients are the same and that we are engaged to interpret the dreams of our clients and make them a reality. This requires strong communication and effective collaborations. Our approach is a tailored one, unique to every commission. It is very important to us that our clients feel connected with their project and we have the infrastructure in place to ensure that no matter how much or how little time a client has, decisions can be made in a timely yet unpressured fashion. 15

9 Second only to the importance of our client relationships are those with our suppliers and craftsmen. We are focused on being masters of our trade and have established collaborative relationships with a variety of multi-disciplinary specialists who come together to provide a seamless creative energy. From the technical, such as audio visual and lighting, to the aesthetic, such as artwork and landscaping, Morpheus are complemented by the most appropriate handpicked professionals to best suit the individual characteristics of each commission. 16

10 Detail & Deliver The detail design phase is fundamental to the successful implementation of a project. Morpheus regards its detail design phase as fundamental to the successful implementation of a project. We employ a number of qualified architects and specialist furniture designers who ensure our concept designs can be feasibly taken from paper to reality - this starts with our technical drawing phase. Supporting and cross-referenced to these technical drawings are comprehensive schedules, budgets, procurement lists and timescales, ensuring everything can be brought together in an agreed delivery window and within budget. 19

12 Our team will then manage the installation of all our deliverables on site, monitor quality control and dress the spaces for handover to the client - a full turnkey offering, with tables set and beds made. 22

15 Experience & Creativity Our clients have access to a hand picked team from around the globe. The Morpheus team comprises of a group of highly talented individuals, from qualified architects to luxury brand designers, in a variety of roles including Design Managers, Interior Designers, Architectural Technicians and Graphic Designers. Our collective resumé includes individuals from Candy & Candy, Harrods, Helen Green, Linley, Martin Brudnizki and Reardon Smith, to name a few. Project experience is equally wide ranging from private residences, palaces, high-end hotels, private members clubs, restaurants, super yachts through to private jets. 28

16 Your Team Alex Isaac Head of Design Alun Dawson Head of Development Management Alex began his career in 2001 as a designer and project manager at internationally renowned studio Bannenberg. Alex later became the Creative Director of Linley, overseeing a total regeneration of the brand before joining Morpheus in Alex trained as a civil engineer and lawyer. Andrew Murray Chairman Having begun his career as a cabinet maker and joiner working in the prime markets of London and the South of France, Andrew founded Morpheus in the early 1990s. He has created an award-winning company based on his vision and beliefs in delivering the very best in creativity and service. His entrepreneurial and practical approach continues to drive growth and opportunities for Morpheus. Giles Green Managing Director Alun is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and full member of the Association for Project Management. A specialist in development management, Alun has over 15 years experience working in property development and leading the delivery of a wide variety of complex real estate schemes. Kerry McClinton-King Business Development Kerry has 15 years experience in Business Development within the luxury real estate sector. Developing the company s relationships and generating new business for Morpheus London, Kerry works closely with our clients to deliver short and long-term commercial objectives for our projects in London and internationally. Kerry is a Director of Sorores Consultancy and was previously a founding Partner of 1508 London and Head of New Business at Candy & Candy. Giles began his career in media, rising to the position of Managing Director at the Sanctuary Group, before joining forces with Andrew in Highly organised by nature Giles oversees the company s operations, with particular focus on the functionality of and strategy for the business. 31

17 Worldwide Reach Whilst retaining an attentive and service-led culture, Morpheus has the capacity to undertake projects on a global level. Through our network of international associates and suppliers we are proud to have worked on commissions for both developers and private clients in the United States, Asia and the Middle East in addition to our projects in the UK and Europe. 32
