In response to the government s 12 th Five- Year Plan to accelerate the green building market, we believe sustainable designs plays a central role in urban redevelopment. We are five passionate interior architects who had training and professional experiences in the UK. We aim to bring cutting edge design ideas and construction methods to our clients. Our All- in- One service includes everything from initial consultation to project completion and client feedback. We tailor our services to suit individual client to provide the best customer journey.
4 The Product - Residential - Commercial - Real Estate Differences in products compared to competitors: We are a sustainable interior architecture company. We are using local material as the architecture resources. To aim at creating an eco- friendly environment for our client, our materials using is to avoid carbon emission and provide a better air conditioning environment to the site. The Market The target customer will be small and medium scale project. - Shops and Stores - Offices - Family Size/Staff: Companies: We have 3 design groups and each group included 4 designers and a design director. In the whole company, we have 2 construction engineers, an administrant. Number of customers: Our target is to get 10 jobs per month. We already have a partnership with the material supplier (Best supplies LTD) and a fixed partner architecture firm (China State Construction International Holding Limited). Important competitors: All small and medium scale design project companies in Shanghai are our competitors. e.g. Shanghai Dynasty design LTD, EZHEN Design LTD and INSITE Design LTD Sales and Marketing Sales and Marketing activities from start: Business card: We will work it out and adding logo of the company; it will include our website, address, contact number and address. Internet: We will create our own company website page and it has been open on our business time. On our website, we will publish the earlier project so customer can see our design style.

We have selected a customer database of 30 potential customers and follow up with them every 6 months. Staff Policy: Every 1 st of the month, the salary will automatically sink into the staff s account from SCJN manager salary account Future Development Three years Company Scale We want to extend our design groups from 3 groups to 7 groups. Project Scale Furthermore, extend the scale of our projects from small- scale housing and stores design project to master planning projects such as hotel and urban design.
