In 2001 she formed Raw Corporate Health (RCH) with Mick Rolton. As joint owner of RCH and Managing Director Phillippa leads the development and consultancy side of RCH and works closely with all clients from conception though to opening. He then went on to become a sole trader Personal Trainer, building up a top-end client base. In 2001 he joined with Phillippa Hardman to form RCH where he is joint owner and Operations Director. Mick has developed a successful SOP for all aspects of Gyms and Spas and has a coaching and personal development-focused strategy for recruiting, hiring, training and retaining all of RCH s management staff, fitness professionals, personal trainers and therapists.
