Simon Lee Founder and Director ASSOCIATED COMPANIES / PAST CLIENTS Vivien Yang Director of Marketing and Sales ASSOCIATED COMPANIES / PAST CLIENTS Founder and Director Simon Lee is a professional and experienced developer, development manager and designer of some of the largest and most complex building projects in Asia and Australia. He has also worked as a strategy consultant with the oldest consulting firm in the world, advising some of Australia s largest corporations. Vivien Yang is an experienced marketing professional and has worked in the F&B and Home Entertainment industries across the Asia Pacific region with organisations including Warner Home Entertainment, Paramount Home Entertainment and Lee Kum Kee. A structural engineer by profession, construction project manager, development manager and strategy management consultant in Hong Kong, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Previously worked with several leading international advertising companies including McCann Erickson, DDB and Publicis in China. He is Chartered Engineer (UK), a corporate member of the Institution of Structural Engineers UK and the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers. He is also a Licensed Estate Agent in New South Wales and Victoria. Bachelors of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) and a Masters in Real Estate (Planning and Development), both from the University of Hong Kong. He also holds an MBA (Distinction) from the Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne. Casual lecturer and tutor at the University of Melbourne, Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning in the project planning studio and other undergraduate subjects A Master of Marketing graduate from the highly regarded Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, Vivien s skill set and experience include marketing strategy development, brand and product management, integrated communication design as well as customer relationship management. She holds an Estate Agent Representative qualification in Victoria, and brings a unique cross industry perspective to real estate marketing and sales.
