1 CA Consortium of University Foster Youth Support Programs The mission of the California University Foster Youth consortium is to provide a forum for post secondary professionals who are involved in providing and creating support programs for current and former foster youth who want to achieve a college education. The consortium encourages intercampus program development, collaboration and creates an arena to share information and resources to better serve foster youth in the state of California.
