I use a variety of methodological tools to investigate these topics and others: multilevel analysis, experience sampling, meta-analysis, and content analysis, among others. DISSERTATION My dissertation investigates the effects of supportive feedback on employee performance. I develop a process model wherein supportive feedback influences employees affect and creativity, thereby improving performance. I test the model using experience sampling over a 12 day period. I defended my dissertation proposal in May 2012; I collected data and am currently in the final stages of data analysis.
