2 What is Google Maps Business View? Google Business View is an extension of Street View. Using Street View technology, it allows online users to take a 360 virtual tour around your business, any time of day, 24/7, 365 days a year. Show off your facilities, stay ahead of the competition and turn online customers into paying customers. Premium imagery is added to your presence in Google Search results, Google Maps and Google+. 3 Step one The first step to a Google Business View tour is a verified Google Places Map Pin and a Google Business Page. Most businesses have one already set up but if you haven t, don t panic - we can help you set this up quickly and easily. You now have the perfect landing page for people to find your business via Google searches and Google Maps. Step two Click See Inside from Google searches Click through from Google Maps Discuss your business needs with us and receive a free quote. The cost of a virtual tour is determined by the size of the space and complexity of the shoot, but the product is designed to be incredibly affordable for businesses large or small. Agree on a price and a convenient time for your shoot.

4 The Shoot Most shoots are non-disruptive and the business can carry on as normal during the photography. Some businesses prefer the space to be empty of people during the shoot. Others like the tour to appear as it is on a normal day with customers around. People s faces and licence plates in the photographs are subject to blurring as per Google s privacy policy. Allow two hours for the photo shoot and ensure your business looks its best before the photographer arrives. This may mean hiding garbage bins and de-cluttering. Ensure someone is on-hand to help with any last-minute adjustments.

5 The Extras In addition to the virtual tour, a minimum of 10 Point of Interest (POI) photographs will be taken at the time of the shoot. These further enhance your Google Business Page. They include photos such as your storefront, logo, interior décor, opening hours, menu and merchandise. All photographs taken belong to the business and can be used for your advertising, promotional items, website and social media. Some businesses ask for additional photographs to be taken of other areas whilst the photographer is on site. This can be arranged for an extra fee to cover the time involved just ask!

6 Online After the photography is completed, processing the images takes about a week. Imagery is then uploaded to Google and the stunning 360 tour is created. The tour is checked for quality by Google and usually goes live in a few weeks. They are hosted by Google free for life, with no on-going fees or payments. Your virtual tour and photography reside on your Google Business Page. Once live, they can be embedded in your own website, tracked via Google Analytics, shared via social networking sites and appear in Google Search results and Google Maps. Your customers can view the tour on their PC, Mac, smart phones and tablets.
