No-Monthly-Fee Checking with Instant-Issue Debit Card Our no-monthly-fee Smart Choice Checking Account has a no minimum balance requirement and no monthly service charge. There is a $25 minimum deposit to open the account and for qualifying members, we offer Overdraft Protection. For convenience we offer in-branch instant issue debit cards so you can use your new debit card the same day you join the credit union.
