11 Source-Train-Hire Requirement: One of our big IT clients was facing attrition problems resulting in lost investment in new hires training. Due to key projects in pipeline they needed immediate project ready workforce IRIS-Corp Solutions: Customized programs for prospective Workforce Post training Assessment Project Ready Workforce Client saved on Hiring expense Risk Management Solutions Requirement: One of our big BFSI clients was non-compliant, facing labour notices, and incurring legal penalties for delayed contribution. Various laws of states where not complied because of each cost center taking incomplete accountability of the compliances. Profit centers were not aware of exhaustive compliance list to be followed.
