Additional Information Wedding Planner We require that you engage the services of a professional wedding planner who will be available for consultation at a minimum 2 months prior to your wedding date. This person is a key partner in the success of your wedding, and will be responsible for your personal belongings and your vendors. Please supply them with any contracts that you have made for your wedding so they can ensure accuracy of deliveries and timing. It is helpful for us to have your contracts as well. You or your planner will be required to sign a Loss and Damage waiver for any materials brought in by your/their vendors. Your wedding planner is also responsible for submitting a timeline to us at least four weeks in advance, and for ensuring all vendors are aware of the timing of the event. The planner will be your liaison with all other vendors during the event, with regard to timing etc. Planners are expected to arrive at least 3 hours prior to the start of the event for setup, and stay through the end of the evening. Bar Service Your package includes open bar service for the entire event alcohol service stops 15 minutes before the end of the event. No Last Call for Alcohol will be made. We do not serve shots or drinks with more than 2 liquors. Guests may not bring their own alcohol to the party. Management reserves the right to stop alcohol service to guests who appear intoxicated or to stop alcohol service altogether if the safety of guests is in danger. Minors will not be served. We appreciate your acknowledgement and understanding of our policies. Hours Beginning and end of the event will be agreed upon during the course of preparing the contract. It is expected that your guests will vacate the room within 30 minutes of the contracted end time. Vendors are expected to be fully loaded and out within 60 minutes of the contracted end time, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Guest or vendor delay in vacating will be charged to your credit card at $500/half hour.

9 Additional Information Payment Information A minimum 30% deposit is required to hold your date. An additional 20% is due 6 months prior to date. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event. All payments must be made by check. A credit card must be supplied in case of overages after last deposit is received. Cancellation policy is outlined in your contract. Included Services Use of all A/V Equipment On-Site building engineer Catering Coordinator 24 Hour security in lobby Full Handicap Access LEED Certified Building Restrictions No smoking is permitted in the building or on the balconies. A smoking area is available outside the main entrance of the building. Music, heaters, fires, etc. are not allowed on balconies. Fireworks,(including Sparklers), Confetti, Bird Seed, Popcorn, Smoke and Fog Machines are prohibited on the premises. Per Maryland Health Regulations, catered food is not allowed to leave the premises. Loading Dock access is restricted and available by prior arrangement only. Dock can NEVER open past 9:00pm. Events and loading dock access on holidays and holiday weekends are subject to additional service charges as outlined in this or subsequent contracts. Equipment Upgrades to be priced separately Package prices do not include taxes or service charges. Gratuity is not accepted. Coat Check Available - $3 pp Parking Ample parking is available in the attached garage. $9 for entrance after 5PM $23 for >3 hours if entering before 5PM. Pre-paid parking vouchers are available if you would like to cover some or all of your guests parking fees, with advance arrangement only. Please inquire. Valet Services may be arranged through Towne Parke. Please Inquire. Outside Interruptions RA can not be liable for distractions or interruptions beyond our control, including construction noise. Every effort will be made to make your day perfect, but some things are out of our control. Audio/Visual Projector, Screens, Microphones & Monitors are available at no additional charge. A/V Support will not be provided by venue. Client holds all responsibility for operating equipment.
