Final balance and any upgrade payments are at the end of your party. Parties of 10 or more are considered a private party, and no other parties will be booked for your time. If you have less than 10 guests and would still like a private party we can accommodate this request as well. Please ask for details. You can bring your own cake and favors or we can handle every detail for you, but no outside food or decorations are allowed unless you rent the space. 5 FAQs: How many guests can you fit for an adult party? We can seat up to 60 guests. How many guests can you seat for a children s party? We can accommodate up to 25 children Can I bring my own decorations? Only if you rent the venue, otherwise cake and favors only. How many photos do I get and how do I receive them? Photos are taken throughout the party by your hostess and delivered via PASS photo viewing gallery usually within a week of your party. We usually deliver a minimum of 15 photos, often times its much more. However, we are not professional photographers, but if you d like one for your party we have some great recommendations! What flavors of tea do you serve? Typically we serve two types of tea, Paris (a black tea with floral and vanilla notes) and Peach Decaf. We do have other teas available, if you d prefer to have a different tea please let us know in advance. The other options are: English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Chocolate Mint, Dragon Pearl Jasmine Policies: *You have up to seven days before your booked party to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit. *Every half hour before or after 2 hours is an additional $50. *As a courtesy and to avoid an additional fee, please do not ask guests to arrive earlier than your scheduled time. *Our doors open 10 minutes prior to your scheduled event for you to bring your cake and set up your favors if you choose to bring them. *The Dollhouse will remain open for parties of nine or less * Parents are welcome to stay in the living room area during children's parties, however, a $100 service fee will be applied for 20 or more parents. * If all of your guests do not attend, we charge for the amount of guests that are confirmed the day before the party. * You are able to bring your own wine or champagne for a $30 cork fee per type * We do not allow any food or decorations to be brought into the Dollhouse * Please inform us if someone in your party suffers from any food allergies *For the safety of your children, our bathtub with bubbles is removed during kids parties.
