1 BANQUET INFORMATION AND POLICIES We are delighted in your interest in hosting an upcoming function at the Niagara Falls Country Club. It is a pleasure for us to present to you our banquet options. Enclosed is a copy of our Banquet Policies. Please read them carefully and return the signed copy to Niagara Falls Country Club either by fax (716) , in person or direct mail. We can personally assist you with your set-up requirements, or planning a menu more suited to your personal taste. Please call us for an appointment. We look forward to working with you! 3 Our Facilities The Historic Niagara Falls Country Club offers a wide array of banquet facilities and dining to accommodate you! From your long awaited Wedding Reception, all the way to Business Meetings and Informal Barbecues overlooking the beautiful Escarpment. Below is a listing of the different facilities with some information to help you in your banquet dining planning. Main Dining Room Banquet: A beautiful view of the Niagara Falls Escarpment is just one of the numerous points of beauty of the newly remodeled dining facility, with a blend of Early American and Traditional Country Club styling. The seating capacity is up to 360 people, with provisions available to allow semi-privacy to smaller arrangements also. Small Dining Room: This dining room has the perfect view of the Niagara Falls Escarpment with seating capacity up to 75 people. It makes for a wonderful setting for small meetings or parties. The Living Room: An early American themed, spacious 30ft. by 90ft. room offers, of course, the famous Country Club view for a myriad of banquet uses. The room offers a beautiful bar, creating the perfect Wedding Reception area with adjoining access to the Main Dining Room and our Patio Area. During the cold winter months, the natural gas wood fireplace makes a cozy cocktail area for pre-meal Hors D oeuvres parties or complete Station Party packages. The Porter Cup Room: A rich oak atmosphere with beautiful detailing makes the Porter Cup Room the perfect choice for Private Business Meetings to Informal Dining arrangements. Seating capacity is up to 40 people and all audio/visual tools needed for presentations are available. The Patio: Beautiful sunsets, warm breezes, Escarpment views of the Hamlet of Lewiston and beyond in a casual, outdoor setting. The newly remodeled Patio now features dining with Awning Cover, and one of the most beautiful Granite and Stone Walk-up bars. From beef, poultry, seafood cookouts to Outdoor Wedding ceremonies, this is the perfect setting.. The Greenside Cafe: Our Snack Bar and Pro Shop facilities can be used to cater all your needs during Golfing and Tennis Outings. Whether your needs are pre-outing breakfast or lunch, snacks and bar set-ups for the turn at the 9 th hole, or cocktails and hors d oeuvres parties at the Scoreboard; we will do our utmost to accommodate you. The Club Pro can be contacted for purchasing any prizes you might want awarded from our fully stocked Pro Shop. This is just an overview of the complete Niagara Falls Country Club facilities. 5 Niagara Falls Country Club Banquet Policies& Waiver 1. Denim jeans or denim outfits of any kind are not permissible in banquet dining areas. However, dress slacks and collared shirts are considered appropriate casual attire. It is advised to state on one s invitation please no denim, as it is the host s responsibility to inform his/her guest of this policy. 2. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 will be required (by member or sponsored non-member) as confirmation of a Wedding date or for any function that may require a large portion of the Club and its facilities. A $500 deposit is required for smaller functions. 3. Damage to the facility and/or premises or any furnishings therein, will be charged to the account. The use of glitter or confetti is not permitted. The use of nails, tacks, staples or tape on Club walls or floors is not permitted. Any circumstances that cause additional cleaning will result in an extra charge to your account. 4. Food and/or beverages from outside sources may not be brought into the Clubhouse, except for specialty cakes and homemade cookies (i.e. wedding, birthday, anniversary, christening, etc.). 5. NFCC is not responsible for items lost, left unattended or left behind by a guest or third party vendor after a scheduled event, unless otherwise arranged. Any items left behind will be discarded after 5 days. 6. Please check specific sheets for minimum requirements (number of people attending). 7. A $50.00 attendant fee will be charged for all chef manned stations and/or buffet. 8. Floor plans must be finalized one week prior to the event, and rented linens several days before the function. 9. A finalized number of attendees and food choice counts must be finalized one week (7 days) prior to the event. Any increase will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but not guaranteed. 10. In the event of any choices of entrees, you will be responsible for all meals prepared.

6 Banquet Policies Cont d Page Food choices for itemized banquets will be limited to three entrees; this count will include the vegetarian choice. 12. Prices are subject to the existing Niagara County sales tax, a 13.5% gratuity fee and a 6.5% Club charge (of which 1.5% goes to the Banquet/Dining Room Managers, 2% to the Kitchen staff, and 3% to the Club). 13. Trial dinners and tastings may be arranged. They must be planned in advance in accordance with the Banquet Manager s and the Executive Chef s schedules, and are not complimentary. Fees for Trial Dinners/Tastings for Weddings, or other events, are charged to the account set up for the event, unless other arrangements are made. 14. Wedding planners must be present at all meetings held at the Country Club to go over planning prior to the wedding date. 15. There will be a charge for any major moving of Living Room furniture and/or wall furnishings (i.e. for wedding ceremonies) as prescribed by the Manager. 16. In the event of inclement weather, the golf or tennis may be cancelled, however, the dinner arrangements will go on as scheduled. 17. Any person without proper picture ID as proof of age will not be served alcoholic beverages. 18. Any person who looks to be intoxicated will not be served alcoholic beverages. 19. All functions booking the Main Dining Room, on a Saturday in season (May to September), must have a bill of $5,500 before tax, gratuity and service charge. If the total for the event is less than this amount, the difference will be added to the bill. 20. For cancellation and deposit policy, please see below.

7 Deposit & Cancellations I acknowledge that I have read and understand the policies of Niagara Falls Country Club and will abide by the rules set forth for hosting a private party. In addition, I understand that the agreed upon deposit required to hold the event is non-refundable, and that payment is due no later than 2 weeks after the event, in the form of cash or check only; credit cards are accepted with an additional fee. I also acknowledge the cancellation policy of Niagara Falls Country Club, as it pertains to Friday/Saturday events to be held in the Main Dining area, as outlined below: In the event of a cancellation occurring: Within 4 months prior to an event, the patron is responsible for 10% of the projected cost of the function, including food and beverages. Within 3 months prior to an event, the patron is responsible for 20% of the projected cost of the function, including food and beverages. Within 2 months prior to an event, the patron is responsible for 30% of the projected cost of the function, including food and beverages. Within 1 month prior to an event, the patron is responsible for 40% of the projected cost of the function, including food and beverages. Date of event Member Sponsor Deposit amount Signature Date
