You must hold a master s degree in a relevant subject, for example within Finance, Economics or Business Administration. You have a strong academic record and maybe a few years of work experience. The Finance Graduate Programme is challenging and we set high expectations as we are looking for the future Finance leaders in ISS. To become a Finance leader in a global organisation, you need an international mind-set, plenty of drive, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to structure and organise. 3 Programme content Development throughout the programme Each step has its own specific content to ensure your progress throughout the programme. Four rotations during the two years, followed by an international assignment will ensure you are exposed to the different roles within Finance: Controlling 1-6 month You will support a senior member of the financial controlling team and participate in working with: Financial Controlling and review of reporting from subsidiaries Preparation of internal and external financial reporting Preparation of Management presentations Supporting the daily tasks including various ad-hoc analysis Treasury 7-12 month You will support a senior member of the team across the entire Treasury/Risk assignment and participate in: Cash flow forecasting procedures Various analysis regarding cash performance Support the working capital initiatives Data analysis related to Risk Management Review of reporting from subsidiaries Internal Audit month You will support a senior member of the internal audit team across the entire audit assignment and participate in: Planning, executing and reporting on internal audit assignments Communication with managers to obtain, analyse and conclude on relevant information Process/data analysis and sample testing Operational Finance month You will be part of the finance team in Global Corporate Clients, monitoring the performance and developing the global customers in ISS. You will work with: Assisting on financial operational reporting to ensure alignment between contracts Analyse contract performance and develop recommendations for operational improvements Actively work with the Operational Excellence execution across the global contracts 6-12 months international assignment Two-year programme aimed at developing graduates to take professional Finance roles in our Head Office. The programme is running with its second team of graduates. Learning finance in its broadest sense through four job rotations of six months each at our new innovative global Head Office in Søborg followed by a 6-12 months rotation to one of our country organisations or an international project. Entering the programme International assignment Rotation 4 Rotation 3 Rotation 2 Rotation 1 In the final rotation you will be part of an international assignment with increased focus on learning operational Finance. During the rotations you will fulfill a full position and achieve the Finance skills relevant to the function. The rotations are all characterised by a steep learning curve and high expectations will be set for you. After successful completion of the programme you will be able to assume one of the Finance positions in Head Office or move into international assignments within the Regional Finance, Corporate Clients or a country organisation. What excites me about this department is the commercial focus, where I am supporting our sales team by developing a new reporting tool and also doing analysis on the progress of the pipeline of potential new customers. This has high relevance for ISS as new sales in Global Corporate Clients is a key driver behind the Group s organic growth. I am in other words being included in high priority tasks where personal initiative is encouraged and appreciated. The graduate programme holds the challenges, opportunities and international scope for me to develop and learn quickly, so I feel confident that I made the right decision. I joined ISS in September 2013 through the Finance Graduate Programme and I am currently on my third rotation in Group Internal Audit. Working in Group Internal Audit involves travelling to country organisations and working closely together with country management and other senior people. As an Internal auditor you also get to work with people across many different functions and thereby I have gained a unique understanding of the business and I am certain that this will benefit me in my future career. So far, the Graduate Programme has been a great experience and I am certain that it will help accelerate my career. I joined ISS s Finance Graduate Programme in September 2014 and I am currently completing my first rotation in Group Controlling. Following an intense period of training, I was assigned the responsibility for the financial controlling of three countries. The mix of recurring monthly controlling, financialand operational support and ad hoc projects ensures the steep learning curve I expected from this programme. The daily tasks provide great exposure to truly helpful, driven and highly skilled colleagues across various departments and countries. The most appealing aspect of the Graduate Programme is the international career opportunities that the programme provides. I find it highly motivating that I, in collaboration ISS, will find the future career path which will match the requirements of ISS as well as my wishes and competencies. I joined ISS in September 2014 as a finance graduate and I am currently on my first rotation in Group Treasury. Being on my first rotation, I am amazed by the many opportunities I have already been given. Taking on responsibility, challenging interactions within HQ and subsidiaries and working on several important projects an impressive insight to the business within a very short time.
