Your work will include: Cost accounting providing business units with detailed understanding of operating income performance Revenue accounting supporting business units in understanding current backlog and expected revenue from pipeline Forecasting profit and loss, and cash flows Budgeting Balance sheet accounting Scope and structure The Finance track consists of 3-4 modules during the 2-year program of which one might take place outside of Finance. 11 APPLICATION PROCESS The application process consists of three stages. First, an online mission where you can show us your strengths. Second, a video interview to follow up on the mission results. Finally, a personal interview. Apply by 21 April At CSC we strive to give all candidates a fair chance to qualify. Therefore, when applying for the Graduate Program, you will be invited to take part in a new and pioneering screening process where you can demonstrate your potential and skills in a gamified and modern environment. The online mission selects talents based on their actual performance show us your potential! The process revolves around a mission engaging co-creation workshops designed for all candidates applying for the Graduate Program to collaborate anonymously in solving real-life business challenges. Shortly after the application deadline you will be invited to the online mission. The mission will last 5 days and you can log on at any time. After the online screening Eligible candidates will be invited to an online video interview with an external agency. The interview will use your results from the online mission as its point of departure. At the final stage of the application process, selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview with their potential hiring manager.
