This is because reliability and absolute accuracy are required for customers such as National Blood Transfusion Service, and the Pharmaceutical Markets

We do not use any 3rd party engineers as we keep a strict control on quality at all times. Repair Processing Facility In the unlikely event an engineer isn t able to fix a device fitted by Seven Telematics through attendance, we offer a swap out service to get things moving quickly and ensure your asset is protected at all times.

15 TRAINING OPTIONS On Site Training Seven Telematics on site training is provided by an experienced training coordinator who can tailor and deliver each session at multiple depots, whether it be the first full system deployment, or light refresher course. The Routing Reports shows at a glance a variety of valuable information: Seven Eye s Driver Behaviour KPI Report provides an intuitive and detailed summary of driver behaviour, over any user-defined time period. Metrics calculated include idle time, cruise time, harsh braking, over-speeding, green band driving and over-revving. The data used to derive these metrics is retrieved from Seven Eye s connection to a truck s CANbus FMS interface, and from Q 01 Seven Eye will further include Tacho Driver ID within these reports, for all trucks running the new FMS.0 specification. Whereas the League Table report for a depot provides information particular to individual trucks or drivers, the Seven Eye Depot Scorecard displays information that has been aggregated at the depot level, enabling depot managers to see at a glance how their fleet has performed as a whole during the last week, and how its performance is trending over time. In addition to driver ranking, this report provides a highly intuitive and visual view of any problems that span the whole fleet, e.g. excessive idling or over-revving. Examples of data shown here are: average driver KPI score, average MPG and overall performance relative to other depots.
