3 Improved operation MOBILE EMPLOYEES NEW Perfectly integrated in company communication - even when on the road: XPhone offers a solution for all mobile end devices. Via mobile phone or tablet PC, mobile users have access to company-wide or personal address data without the data being saved locally on the end device. Thanks to the One-Number Service, you can use your mobile to handle calls via the company s PBX with the result that only the office number is shown. You can see your colleagues call and presence status, control your own availability and access your call journal. 4 NEW Office 2010 OUTLOOK, LOTUS NOTES, TOBIT XPhone can be integrated in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes and extends Apple Mac and Tobit David. Everything on a single interface: telephone, fax, voic , text messages, chat, presence, collaboration. XPhone Unified Communications can be integrated seamlessly in the Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes user interface extending these programmes to include telephony functions as well as Unified Messaging and Collaboration services. Applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Navision, for example, or even individual or sector-specific software are easily integrated in the communication using XPhone. In Microsoft Office and other applications, the presence and telephony status is shown directly as a symbol beside colleagues names enabling you to place calls directly or send an instant message, for example. 5 COLLABORATION NEW Screen sharing XPhone enables you to improve collaboration throughout the entire company. Now including: screen sharing and remote access for in-company applications. * XPhone Unified Communications offers each Windows users the possibility of remote access to colleagues computers and to share screen content. Collaboration with colleagues, providing fast support or working from your home office is easier than ever before thanks to XPhone. 6 PRESENCE AND AVAILABILITY XPhone users can see who is present, who is not at their desk or is out of the office and who is in the process of making a phone call. The presence status automatically synchronises with your calendar or can be changed manually. Calls are forwarded directly. For example, you are out of the office - your mobile rings. You are on holiday or away from your desk for a short time - the call is forwarded to a colleague or to your voic . INTELLIGENT VOIC The voic system which is truly tailored to company requirements as it can do much more than merely record messages. Voic automatically synchronises with your calender, knows the holidays and bank holidays, and always presents the appropriate message in best studio quality without you having to worry about it. When calls are received from abroad, the message is automatically changed into the corresponding language. The voic system even knows your office hours. Voice messages are sent to you by or can be retrieved by phone, mobile or PC. Good morning! Peter Walker is not available until 12 o clock. 7 Fax workflows SENDING & RECEIVING FAXES NEW The fax solution which leaves nothing to be desired. The efficient and easy-to-operate fax solution enables faxes to be transmitted and received directly at the computer and can be integrated in your groupware and many other business applications. Central cover pages ensure a professional corporate identity. New tools for improved internal workflows enable convenient editing and comments concerning fax messages. At a click of the mouse, you can send faxes from practically any Windows application. INSTANT MESSAGING & TEXT MESSAGES Real-time communication all around the world. In-company Instant Messaging (chat) with XPhone enables real-time communication, even across departments and locations. Using XPhone, you can actively include text messages in your business workflows. Call alerts, callback requests, confirmation of appointments etc. can be easily sent using text message templates.
8 OPTIMISED WORKFLOWS TIP Can also be used as a 32- and 64-Bit TAPI server XPhone can be integrated in applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM/NAV, SAP or DATEV pro, for example, and helps to improve communication and work processes. XPhone can be easily integrated in a wide variety of business processes such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or NAV, for example, and provides telephony functions. Via a dial button, you can make calls directly from the user interface - at a click of the mouse. The office phone or mobile phone sets up the requisite connection immediately.
