1 Marketing Awards: The HAT Marketing Awards recognizes a marketing initiative that showcases innovation, creativity, forward-thinking marketing, and dedication to the property s brand promise. The campaign must have run sometime between June 1, 2014 and June 30, Best Print Campaign Eligible Best Print Campaign includes brochure, magazine, and other print media. Best Digital Campaign Eligible Best Digital Campaign includes social media, website, and other digital platforms. Best Broadcast Campaign Eligible Best Broadcast Campaign includes TV, radio, video, etc. Most Innovative Promotion/Ad All platforms (print, digital, broadcast, outdoor, PR) is eligible. Nomination Info: Title of Campaign Ad Agency (if used) Market/location(s) Target Audience What was the goal of this campaign? Be specific. How did this campaign speak to your target audience? Please give examples. How did you measure the campaign s success? Explain what you measured and how you measured it. What were the campaign s results? Be specific. Scan and (khanh-thy@newmexicohospitality.org) pictures of this campaign. Pictures will used to help the judges assess the campaign and will be used when the winner is announced.

2 Product Development Awards: The HAT Product Development Awards recognizes an exceptional event or attraction implemented sometime between June 1, 2014 and June 30, 2015, either one-time or ongoing. Outstanding Event Eligible Outstanding Event includes festivals, conferences, ceremonies, formal parties, concerts, conventions, etc. If a new experience was added to this event, you can also nominate them for Best New Mexico Tourism Experience of the Year. Outstanding Attraction Eligible Outstanding Attraction includes a place of interest that offers cultural value, historical significance, natural or built beauty, etc. offering leisure, adventure, and amusement. If a new attraction was added to this attraction, you can also nominate them for Best New Mexico Tourism Experience of the Year. Best New Mexico Tourism Experience of the Year! Eligible New Experience includes a never implemented tourism related event or attraction that was introduced after June 1, Nomination Info: Event/Attraction/Experience Location Please describe the event/attraction/experience. If this was a new experience, was this event/attraction in conjunction with an existing event/attraction? If yes, what was it? If this was an existing event/attraction, did you add a new experience to this event/attraction? If yes, please elaborate on the experience. What was the attendance? If this was an existing event/attraction, what was the growth from last year s event? How did you grow attendance? What indicators did you use to measure the success of this event/attraction/experience? 3 Personnel Awards: The HAT Personnel Awards recognizes an employee who has shown exceptional customer service and dedication to the property s brand promise. Nominations in this category are urged to submit a nomination for the Professional of the Year Award. Front-of-House (FOH) Employee of the Year Eligible Front of House Employees constitutes as employees who have high guest interaction. There are two categories: o FOH Food and Beverage (F&B) o FOH Hospitality this may include (depending on how your property defines it): - Front Desk - Admin - Sales & Marketing - Bellman - Customer Service - Management Back of House (BOH) Emp of the Year Eligible Back of House Employees constitutes as employees who have low guest interaction. There are two categories: o BOH Food and Beverage (F&B) o BOH Hospitality this may include (depending on how your property defines it): - Housekeeping - Laundry - Engineering - Operations - Food Safety

5 2015 NMHA Top HAT (Hospitality and Tourism) Awards Professional of the Year: The HAT Professional of the Year Awards recognizes an overall outstanding employee who has not only shown exceptional customer service and dedication to the property s brand promise, but has also actively contributed to the growth of the New Mexico tourism/lodging industry as a whole. Nominations in this category are urged to submit a nomination for the Personnel Award. Hospitality Prof. of the Year All hospitality personnel are eligible. Tourism Prof. of the Year All tourism and marketing personnel are eligible.
