Timing: The Cntest begins n February 24, 2014 at 12:01 PM Pacific Standard Time ( PST ) and ends n March 24, 2014 at 12:01 AM (the Cntest Perid ) and cnsists f the phases set frth in the chart belw: Phase Start Date at 12:01 AM PST End Date at 11:59 PM PST Submissin February 25, 2014 March 24, 2014 Judging March 25, 2014 April 06, 2014 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ENTRANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE APPLICABLE CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD TIMES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE TIME ZONES. 3. By submitting yur Entry, yu agree that it cnfrms t the Submissin Guidelines and Cntent Restrictins as defined belw (cllectively, the Guidelines and Restrictins ) and that Spnsr, may disqualify yu frm the Cntest if it believes, in its sle discretin that yur Entry fails t cnfrm t the Guidelines and Restrictins. Entries must cntain nly yur vice r face, and yur renditin f the script lines, and must nt cntain any ther discernible audi, music, vide, images, ther than the Cntest Assets r Original Creatins. Fr purpses f this Cntest all Entries will be presumed authred by the persn submitting the Entry. Yu may nt incrprate the facial likeness f anther persn within yur Entry. Entries submitted in this Cntest must nt cntain any prngraphy, r ther illicit, illegal, defamatry, mrally ffensive r bscene cntent, as determined by Spnsr in its sle discretin. Spnsr, in its sle discretin, reserves the right t disqualify any Entry cntaining racial, religius, r ethnic slurs, explicit language, bscene, prngraphic, vilent, r sexual cntent, r libel, hate speech, references t alchl, drugs r ther illicit substances, r therwise bjectinable, ffensive, illegal, inapprpriate r prhibited material. Submissin f previusly published art (ther than the Spnsr-prvided images) is prhibited. Any Entry that incrprates prhibited cntent, including but nt limited t, third party creatins (ther than the Spnsr-prvided images), trademarks, names, r ther third party prperty(ies), r the wrk f creative cnsultants, r the entrant s likeness, r the likenesses f any ther real-life individuals, r any cntent that is prngraphic, illicit, r therwise in Spnsr's sle and abslute discretin vilates the abve Guidelines and/r is nt in cmpliance with these Official Rules, may nt be accepted fr entry and may nt be eligible t win any prize in this Cntest. By entering, entrants warrant that their Entries cntain nly Spnsr-prvided Cntest Assets, if any, and/r their wn, Original Creatins. Entrants further warrant their Entries d nt cntain any third party cpyrighted materials, and therwise d nt vilate r infringe the rights, including, withut limitatin, cpyrights, trademark rights r rights f publicity/privacy, f any third party. Each entrant may enter the Cntest ne (1) time during the Cntest Perid. Submissins received frm any persn r address in excess f the stated limit will be vid. Submissins generated by script, macr r ther autmated means are vid. Uplading a Submissin cnstitutes entrant s cnsent t give Spnsr a ryalty-free, irrevcable, nn-exclusive license t use, reprduce, mdify, publish, create derivative wrks frm, and display such submissins in whle r in part, n a wrldwide basis, and t incrprate it int ther wrks, in any frm, media r technlgy nw knwn r later develped, including fr prmtinal r marketing purpses. If requested, entrant will sign any dcumentatin required fr Spnsr r its designees t make use f the nnexclusive rights entrant is granting t use the Submissin. Spnsr (as defined in Sectin 10 belw) and its agents are nt respnsible fr lst, late, stlen, damaged, incmplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed r misdirected Submissins, all f which will be vid. Physical cpies f Submissins becme the prperty f Spnsr and will nt be returned. By prviding any Cntest Assets fr entrants use Spnsr is granting entrants a limited, nn-exclusive, nn-cmmercial license t use the Cmpetitin Assets slely in cnnectin with, and as a part f, the Cntest. Entrants shall therwise have n right, title r interest in r t any Cntest Assets except as therwise granted by Spnsr, and any use f the Cmpetitin Assets (including use f the Entry that cntains Cntest Assets) - 2 -

In the event f a dispute regarding any Submissin, the authrized accunt hlder f the address used t register will be deemed t be the entrant r participant. The authrized accunt hlder is the natural persn assigned an address by an Internet access prvider, nline service prvider r ther rganizatin respnsible fr assigning addresses fr the dmain assciated with the submitted address. Each ptential winner may be required t shw prf f being an authrized accunt hlder. 4. Persnal Infrmatin: Nthing in these Official Rules shall be deemed t exclude r restrict any f the winner s r the entrant s statutry rights as a cnsumer. Participatin in the Cntest implies authrizatin t cllect, use and disclse entrant s persnal infrmatin including the right t transfer persnal data t the United States fr purpses f administratin f the Cntest and prize fulfillment. All infrmatin submitted t the Spnsr as part f this Cntest will be treated in accrdance with EA s privacy plicy, available at Persnal infrmatin includes name, address, address, birthday, cuntry f residence and will be used t: (a) cntact ptential winners; and (b) if an entrant selects t receive additinal infrmatin frm the EA n the entry frm, t send additinal infrmatin t that entrant; and (c) t publicly annunce the winner f the Cmpetitin. The recipient f yur persnal data is the Spnsr and Administratr. YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE STORED OR PROCESSED ON SERVERS LOCATED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION. Winner Determinatin: Winners will be determined accrding t the prcess set frth belw. a. Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel f qualified judges determined by Spnsr in its sle discretin will select 1 (ne) entrant with the highest-scring Submissins (the Tp Entry r Tp Entries ) based n the fllwing criteria ( Judging Criteria ): 40% Vice Quality, 40% Perfrmance Quality and 20% match t Dragn Age franchise style. b. In the event f a tie, the entrant whse Submissin received the highest scre fr Perfrmance Quality, as determined by the qualified judges, in their sle discretin, will be deemed the ptential Grand Prize winner. Spnsr reserves the right t select fewer than 1 (ne) Tp Entry if, in its sle discretin, it des nt receive a sufficient number f eligible and qualified Submissins. 6. Ntificatin: The ptential winners will be ntified by n r abut April 07, Except where prhibited, each ptential winner will be required t sign and return an Declaratin f Eligibility and Release f Publicity and Liability, which must be received by Spnsr, within ten (10) days f the date ntice r attempted ntice is sent, in rder t claim his/her prize. If any ptential winner cannt be cntacted, fails t sign and return the Declaratin f Eligibility and Release f Publicity and Liability within the required time perid, r prize is returned as undeliverable, ptential winner frfeits prize. In the event that a ptential winner is disqualified fr any reasn, Spnsr will award the applicable prize t an alternate winner using the skillbased criteria set frth abve. In the event that a ptential winner chses t nt accept the award, Spnsr will award the applicable prize t an alternate winner using the skill-based - 3 -

Trip includes rundtrip transprtatin, (either ecnmy/cach class airfare fr the winner frm the majr cmmercial airprt nearest the Winner s residence r grund transprtatin if in clse prximity t BiWare studi); htel accmmdatins fr 2 nights/3 days at a htel f Spnsr s chsing; grund transprtatin and 3 meals per day. Incidentals, including, withut limitatin: telephne calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, spa/beauty saln services, laundry, turs/excursins, gift shp purchases, htel prcessing fees and airline service charges, are the sle respnsibility f the Winner and his r her Guest. Htel and airfare cannt be used separately. Prize trip will be mutually agreed upn dates by Spnsr and Winner. Winner must ntify Spnsr f intended dates f travel by n later than 2 weeks prir t the intended date f departure. All travel must be cmpleted by June 30, 2014 r prize will be frfeited in its entirety. Travel and accmmdatins are subject t availability and certain restrictins, s Spnsr cannt guarantee prize trip will be available n the exact dates specified by Winner. Any extra nights stay and any additinal csts assciated with an extended stay are the sle respnsibility f the Winner and his r her Guest. Additinal restrictins may apply. Spnsr cannt guarantee that winner's recrded vice will actually appear in the cmmercial release f a game, in which game it may appear, r if in a game, where in the game the recrded vice will be heard. Winner must sign Declaratin f Eligibility and Release f Liability and Publicity prvided by Spnsr. The apprximate retail value (ARV) f the Prize is USD$2, Actual value f Prize Trip may vary depending n Winner s residence and seasnal rates. Prizes are nt transferable. N substitutin f Prizes fr cash r ther gds and services is permitted, except Spnsr reserves the right t prvide a substitute Prize f apprximately equal value. All expenses nt specified abve, including, withut limitatin, all federal, state and lcal taxes, and internatinal tariffs, are the sle respnsibility f the individual Winner. 7. General Terms: a. By participating in this Cntest, each participant agrees: (1) T the extent allwable under applicable law, t release and hld harmless Spnsr and its agents frm any and all liability r any injury, lss, damage, right, claim r actin f any kind arising frm r in cnnectin with this Cntest r any Cntest-related activity r the receipt, pssessin, use r misuse f any prize wn, except fr residents f the United Kingdm with respect t claims resulting frm death r persnal injury arising frm EA s negligence and fr residents f the United Kingdm with respect t claims resulting frm the trt f deceit r any ther liabilities that may nt be excluded by law; (2) That EA s decisins will be final and binding n all matters related t this Cntest; (3) That by accepting a prize, EA may use yur name and place f residence nline r in any ther media, in cnnectin with this Cntest, withut payment r cmpensatin t the winner r anyne else, except where prhibited ; and (4) The Cntest is gverned by the laws f the United States and all claims must be reslved in the United States. b. Spnsr, in its sle discretin, reserves the right t disqualify any individual it finds t be tampering with the entry prcess r the peratin f the Cntest r t be acting in vilatin f these Official Rules r thse f any ther Cntest r in an unsprtsmanlike r disruptive manner and vid all assciated entries. Any attempt by any persn t deliberately undermine the legitimate peratin f the Cntest may be a vilatin f criminal and civil law, and, shuld such an attempt be made, Spnsr reserves the right t seek damages and ther remedies (including attrneys fees) frm any such persn t the fullest extent permitted by law. Spnsr s failure t enfrce any term f these Official Rules shall nt cnstitute a waiver f that prvisin. c. Winners are respnsible fr any applicable taxes n prizes. 8.
