By clicking the Jin buttn n this applicatin and participating in this Rewards Prgram, yu hereby agree that yu have read, understd and agree t be bund by the belw terms and cnditins fr participatin in this Rewards Prgram. Failure t cmply with any f these terms and cnditins will disqualify yu frm the Rewards Prgram. GENERAL: This Rewards Prgram is a lyalty prgram based n the nature and extent f yur engagement with Facebk page where participants can cllect Pints ( Bytes ) which may be redeemed fr rewards ( Reliance Digital Bytes ) as set ut herein. This Rewards Prgram and all Digital Bytes are fr prmtinal purpses nly. The Rewards prgram is nt spnsred r prmted by Facebk and is the sle prperty f Reliance Digital. Participatin is vluntary. N purchase r payment f any kind is required in rder t participate in this Rewards Prgram and this is being made available free f charge subject t cmpliance with these terms and cnditins. This Rewards Prgram is made available and pen nly t residents f India wh are Facebk accunt hlders. The participant can nly register nce & if caught with multiple registratins, the said participant s activities in the prgram will be cnsidered null and vid and any changes n the said matter will lie at the cmpanies discretin. Decisin(s) taken by Reliance Digital in relatin t the Rewards Prgram, Bytes and/ r redemptin f the Bytes against Digital Bytes and participatin in the Rewards Prgram shall be final and nn-cntestable. Reliance Digital will nt entertain any crrespndence r cmmunicatin in this regard. 1

2 Reliance Digital reserves the right t terminate r disqualify any participant at its sle discretin fr reasns including actual r ptential vilatin f the terms and cnditins f the Rewards Prgram. Such terminated / disqualified users shall nt be entitled t participate in the Rewards Prgram r be eligible fr any Bytes r Reliance Digital Bytes, and any accumulated Bytes shall be frfeited. Yu agree and acknwledge that yu may be required fr / t participate in prmtinal activities including pht shts, withut any payment, charge, fee, cst r any ther payment under any terminlgy and yu agree t grant a ryalty-free, perpetual, wrldwide license t Reliance Digital t use such phts r vides fr cmmercial and/ r prmtinal purpses. Bytes & Digital Bytes: What are Bytes? The Applicatin is a digital centric app and the lyalty pints awarded fr jining and participating will be termed as bytes hereafter. Bytes are awarded t the participants under varius parameters mentined in the next sectin & n Reliance Digitals Official Facebk page. The participant(s) can nly register nce thrugh their active Facebk accunt and Twitter, if and when Reliance Digital decides t launch this applicatin n Twitter as well. The participant can cnnect his Facebk and Twitter accunt thrugh Twitter-Cnnect in rder t activate the discussed Digital Bytes Prgram n bth Twitter and Facebk as and when launched. The participant can nly register nce and if caught with multiple registratins, the said participant s activities in the prgram will be cnsidered null and vid and any changes n the said matter will lie at the cmpanies discretin Hw d I cllect Bytes? A participant is entitled t Bytes based n the fllwing structure. On Facebk the participant will be rewarded Bytes if the fllwing actins are fllwed. Jining the prgram (150 Bytes) Fr engaging with the brand n a daily basis yu will receive 25 Bytes Referring a friend t jin the prgram will allw yu t receive 5 Bytes The Bytes will accumulate in the participant s accunt and will be reflected and updated within twenty fur (24) hurs f the activity n each individual platfrm. 2

3 Reliance Digital has the right t alter change and/r deviate and/r mdify frm the abve mentined system because f develpment in the prgram, and/r Facebk changes in plicies rules, API feed and/r variatin in the prgram and/r technical updates and/r technical mdificatins r/and frce majeure which affects the applicatin are. All changes are at the sle discretin f Reliance Digital and Reliance Digital can chse t r nt chse t infrm yu f the alteratin in the system; hwever, these update, changes, mdificatin will reflect in yur registered accunt. The user will be able t find mre infrmatin n the revised system up the Earn Bytes in Digital Bytes All campaigns which are run/ perated may r may nt have a pint allcatin system. The final pint allcatin will be decided in accrdance with Reliance Digital and may vary frm campaign t campaign. Hwever, Reliance Digital has the sle right t rll ver/ extend/ terminate the Prgram. Hw d I redeem my Bytes? Yu may redeem the Bytes against, as specified herein subject t submissin f required details (i.e.) Persnal Data (as defined hereinafter) and verificatin f pstal address by Reliance Digital. The earned Bytes can be redeemed against fixed discunts n any Reliance Digital prduct at select Reliance Digital stres. The afrementined ffers will vary frm time t time. The final ffer will be up t the sle discretin f Reliance Digital. The ffer is nt valid n Nkia, Samsung, Nikn and/r Cann prducts. Upn redemptin f bytes n the Reliance Digital Bytes applicatin, an cmmunicatin will be sent t the user by Reliance Digital r a Reliance Digital authrised vendr. The validity f the generated vucher will be f ne (1) mnth frm the date f redemptin. Transfer, sale, exchange, assignment, substitutin r cmbinatin f yur Bytes with that f anther user will nt be permitted. Bytes nce redeemed cannt be undne. When said user chses t make use f the specified vucher at a Reliance Digital stre, a physical cpy f this and a valid pht identity prf will be required t be reprduced. The transfer, sale, exchange, assignment, substitutin r cmbinatin f the cnfirmatin with anther user will nt be permitted. The accumulated Bytes cannt be refunded, exchanged, carried frward, transferred r applied in any manner whatsever and nn-redemptin f the accumulated Bytes fr the Digital Bytes within a perid f 6 mnths frm the date f crediting in the user s accunt shall result in 3

4 frfeiture f such Bytes and yu agree, acknwledge and release Reliance Digital frm all claims pertaining theret. Hwever, Reliance Digital has the sle right t rll ver/ extend/ terminate the Rewards Prgram and with it, any accumulated but un-redeemed Bytes, at its sle discretin. If the Facebk accunt using which yu are participating and accumulating Bytes is suspended, terminated r deleted, the Bytes shall stand autmatically frfeited. Shuld yu wish t pt ut f the Digital Bytes, please send an t rdbytes@gmail.cm. Yu may view the summary f Bytes accumulated/redeemed in yur Facebk prfile page. Transfer, assignment r substitutin f the Bytes and/ r the Digital Bytes t/ with anther user will nt be permitted. The redeemed Digital Bytes are abslute and n requests fr exchanging the same, fr cash r therwise, r fr ther prducts/services will be entertained. It is hereby clarified that the Digital Bytes are made available at the sle discretin f Reliance Digital and Reliance Digital reserves the right t change, alter, mdify, withhld, vary, suspend, update, withdraw r cancel the Digital Bytes r the system fr accumulatin f Bytes and redemptin f Digital Bytes withut further ntice. RELIANCE DIGITAL des nt make any warranty r guarantee regarding the availability r fitness f purpse r cntinued ffer/availability f any f the Digital Bytes. RELIANCE DIGITAL, its affiliates, directrs, emplyees, agents and partners are nt liable r respnsible in any manner whatsever fr the quality, guarantee, merchantability, representatin r warranty, whether implied r therwise, as t the fitness f the Digital Bytes, its value, enjyment, cnditin, quality r fitness fr any purpse and hereby disclaim t the fullest any and all representatins and warranties in this respect t the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. The Digital Bytes are awarded n an AS IS basis and Reliance Digital, its affiliates and partners shall nt be held liable in any manner whatsever fr any f the abve. TERMS & CONDITIONS: By participating in this Rewards Prgram, yu agree that it des nt cnstrue r amunt t a cntract r an ffer fr emplyment frm/with Reliance Digital, its affiliates, directrs, emplyees, agents and partners. Unauthrized cpying, use, reprductin, distributin, mdificatin, alteratin, disseminatin, repsting, hyper-linking, deep-linking, framing, mirrring, dwnlading r any ther use f the cntent in any manner whatsever is strictly prhibited. While every care has been taken in creating the Rewards Prgram and the cntent; all infrmatin, cntent and material are prvided t yu strictly n an AS IS basis, withut warranty f any kind, either express r implied. Particularly, n warranty regarding fitness fr a particular purpse; security; accuracy, cmpleteness r up-t-date infrmatin; r freedm frm errrs, virus, Trjans, bugs, wrms, infectins, etc., is given in cnnectin with the Rewards Prgram. Further, Reliance Digital shall nt be liable in any manner whatsever fr any persnal injury, death, cnsequential, indirect, exemplary, incidental, special r punitive damages based n any claim arising ut f this Rewards Prgram. This indemnity shall survive the expiry, terminatin r perid f the Rewards Prgram. Reliance Digital reserves the right t add, mdify, amend, cancel, limit, vary, end r change, either whlly, r in part, at any pint in time, these terms and cnditins and/r the Rewards Prgram, withut prir ntice. Further, Reliance Digital reserves the right t withdraw, suspend, alter, mdify, change r vary the Rewards Prgram r part theref, r the terms and cnditins, at its sle discretin, withut prir ntice. Terminatin f the Rewards Prgram will nt make Reliance Digital liable in any manner t any persn; and Bytes accumulated, if any, shall stand frfeited and the participant shall have n further claim ver Reliance Digital r its affiliates, 5

6 partners, spnsrs, subsidiaries, agents, emplyees, fficers, directrs and representatives, and yu hereby agree, discharge and release them frm all claims. Reliance Digital shall nt be respnsible fr any inaccurate r incrrect entry r transmissin f infrmatin, either due t human errr r ther malfunctin, electrnic r therwise, including the inability t access the Reliance Digital page r participate in the Rewards Prgram, r inability t uplad, dwnlad r view the Rewards Prgram r any infrmatin pertaining theret, r fr delayed, lst, inaccurate, incrrect r incmplete entries / transmissin. Further, while every care is taken t ensure that the Bytes are updated peridically, Reliance Digital shall nt be liable in any manner whatsever fr the accuracy f the Bytes r any delayed, incmplete r incrrect data pertaining t r calculatin f the Bytes. Yu hereby agree, understand and acknwledge that the Rewards Prgram is in n way spnsred, endrsed r administered by, r assciated with, Facebk r Twitter. PRIVACY POLICY By entering and participating this Rewards Prgram, yu understand and agree that Persnal Data (as defined hereinafter) maybe prvided/submitted t Reliance Digital, its rganizers, spnsrs, partners and affiliates at the time f participating in the Rewards Prgram r at the time f redemptin f the Bytes fr Reliance Digital Bytes. Persnal Data shall mean data f a persnal nature including name, parent s name, date f birth, address, pht, sex, cntact infrmatin such as address, city, state, cuntry, phne number, id, etc. Yu acknwledge and permit Reliance Digital, t cllect, handle, stre, access r therwise deal with yur Persnal Data. Yu expressly cnsent and agree t prvide Reliance Digital with such further Persnal Data as maybe required. Access t such Persnal Data will be given by Reliance Digital t such f Reliance Digital s persnnel, partners, spnsrs, representatives, agents, fficials, persnnel, and such ther persns t whm such Persnal Data is disclsed t by Reliance Digital, n a need t knw basis and agree and cnsent t the transfer f such Persnal Data t a third party. Yu agree and acknwledge that yur Persnal Data will be stred n Reliance Digital s (r such persn as maybe designated by Reliance Digital) secured server and Reliance Digital(r such persn as maybe designated by Reliance Digital) shall maintain reasnable security practices and 6

7 prcedures, which are prprietary and unique t Reliance Digital, as Reliance Digital may adpt and deem fit. Such security practices shall invlve measures cmmensurate with the infrmatin being prtected, such as but nt limited t passwrd prtectin, limitatin f access t specified persnnel n a need t knw basis, security measures including encryptin, if required, and ther security measures t guard against unauthrized access t the service and the Persnal Data. Yu agree and undertake t prmptly ntify Reliance Digital if there are any changes, updates, mdificatins, etc., t the Persnal Data. Yu agree that the Persnal Data may be used by Reliance Digital t verify the authenticity f yur identity including address, phne number and . By accessing and using the Reliance Digital page, yu agree that yu shall nt hst, display, uplad, mdify, publish, transmit, update r share any infrmatin that: a) belngs t anther persn and t which the user des nt have any right t; b) is grssly harmful, harassing, blasphemus; defamatry, bscene, prngraphic, pedphilic, libelus, invasive f anther's privacy, hateful, r racially, ethnically bjectinable, disparaging, relating r encuraging mney laundering r gambling, r therwise unlawful in any manner whatever; c) harm minrs in any way; d) infringes any patent, trademark, cpyright r ther prprietary rights; e) vilates any law fr the time being in frce; f) deceives r misleads the addressee abut the rigin f such messages r cmmunicates any infrmatin which is grssly ffensive r menacing in nature; g) impersnate anther persn; h) cntains sftware viruses r any ther cmputer cde, files r prgrams designed t interrupt, destry r limit the functinality f any cmputer resurce; i) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security r svereignty f India, friendly relatins with freign states, r public rder r causes incitement t the cmmissin f any cgnizable ffence r prevents investigatin f any ffence r is insulting any ther natin. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION All disputes shall be gverned by the laws f India, withut having regard t cnflict f laws, and the curts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdictin t adjudicate all disputes. 7
