A second payment representing the balance due is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding. If you cancel within two weeks of the event date, the second payment is forfeited. INCLEMENT WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS For weddings with fewer than 40 guests, the outdoor ceremony can be moved to the Chapel in the Garden. This can be done up to 1 hour prior to the ceremony.

Receptions held on the patio can be moved to a banquet room with 24 hour notice to allow for set up of chairs and decor. We do not have an indoor option for events larger than 90 guests.

7 INCLEMENT WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS For weddings with fewer than 40 guests, the outdoor ceremony can be moved to the Chapel in the Garden. This can be done up to 1 hour prior to the ceremony. For weddings from 40 to 90 guests, an outdoor ceremony can be moved to a banquet room, however, this must be decided by 9 AM on the day of the ceremony to allow for set up of chairs and decor. Receptions held on the patio can be moved to a banquet room with 24 hour notice to allow for set up of chairs and decor. We do not have an indoor option for events larger than 90 guests. HOW LATE CAN MY EVENT RUN? Events in the Ontario room can run until midnight. Events in the Superior room can run until 1AM. Events on the patio must have the music turned off at 11PM due to noise bylaws. WHERE CAN I HAVE MY CHAMPAGNE TOAST? All alcoholic beverages must be served and consumed in licensed areas: The patio, restaurant, and banquet rooms. They may not be served or consumed on the grass lawn.
