4 Step 1- Logging into CellarPass Log into CellarPass back office by going to Enter the address provided to you If you don t already have your password, click the Forgot Password link

5 Step 2- Updating Profile Content Select Content from the main menu, then select Profile Content Enter both short and long descriptions Check the boxes in each column that suit your property

6 Step 3- Setting Business Hours Select Settings from the main menu, then select Business Hours Click the Pencil to make edits to Open and Close Times Click the Save button when changes are complete. If closed, delete both Open and Close hours.

7 Step 4- Upload Photos Select Content from the main menu, then select Profile Images Upload your main listing photo Upload up to 10 Profile Page Photos

9 Guest Check-In As you check-in passport holders, they are automatically assigned to your CellarPass account, providing you with: First Name Last Name Phone Address Date/Time of Check-In This report is available (after January 1 st ) in Reports, Check-In Report- Passports Copyright 2016, CellarPass, Inc.

11 Setting Up Box Office App Credentials Log into CellarPass backoffice, (Admin-level access required) Click Settings, then Select Member Configuration from the left-hand menu. In the Attendee App Username and Password field, enter the credentials you would like for ALL your check-in devices to use. These should be different from your backoffice credentials. Click the Save button In the top right-hand corner of this screen, write down your MemberID These three bits of info (Attendee Username, Attendee Password and MemberID) will be needed when you setup each of your Check-in Apps. 18 Launching the Box Office App Double-click the CellarPass App icon to launch 18

19 Box Office Home Screen This is the Box Office Home Screen giving you plenty of options to choose from, but you only need to worry about one, Click Passport Programs Copyright 2015, CellarPass, Inc. 19

20 Check-in Attendees Select the WWC Passport Event

21 Check-in Attendees Scroll and locate your Business Then click it.

22 Check-in Attendees You are now ready to scan! If you have to scan a lot of Passports at once, use the Rapid Scan mode. Or use the Single Scan mode.

23 Checking In Attendees Using device s camera, scan the passport s barcode. This message will be displayed if the Pass is VALID

24 Checking In Attendees This message will be shown if the Passport is NOT VALID

25 Other Recommendations In a dark room? Click the flashlight icon to enable your device s flash. Clicking it once will turn it on, clicking it again will turn it off. Copyright 2016, CellarPass, Inc.
