3 Overview: The Dealer SalesAssistant App for iphone The Dealer SalesAssistant (DSA) App for smartphones is a dealer reference tool, built from dealer input for dealer use, that can be used anywhere you have internet or cell phone connectivity. Dealer SalesAssistant (DSA) App quickly and easily allows you to: Locate vehicles by model or VIN (full or last 8) View vehicle trim packages, options, specs and videos View MSRP and employee pricing pricing and dealership information, including location right from the app Calculate Retail Payment estimates View towing capacities. and much more! Note: You must have a valid Family First username & password in order to access the DSA app. Downloading Instructions * Please note you must have an Apple ID to download the app. DSA is a free app, so if you are asked for a credit card you may skip this step. Step 1: Access the Apple Store from your smartphone Step 2: Search for GM Dealer SalesAssistant Step 3: Locate the DSA App Step 4: Click on the Free button Step 5: Click on the Install App button Note: Apple iphone users, requires operating system 7.1 or higher. 3

4 Getting Started Login STEP 1: Login Choose GM Family First from the drop down menu and enter in your Family First Username and Password. STEP 2: Set-up Upon opening the app for the first time, you must accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) and also the Privacy Policy. *Required Homepage Vehicles - Vehicle Information - Available Offers - Vehicle Compare - Accessory Information - How-to Videos Quick Locate - Find vehicle by the VIN - Scan a vehicle barcode Towing Lookup - Tow Lookup - Reverse Tow Lookup Quick Links - Gm FamilyFirst Website - GM Recall Center Calculator - Affordability and payment calculators to assist you in identifying the right vehicle price or payment range 4

5 Vehicle Search Vehicles Button Select a vehicle from the home page. If applicable select the cab bed, drive type and trim, then select Locate. 5 Enter in your zipcode and hit search. To view your results.

6 Vehicles Button Vehicle Details and Tools From the toolbox at the bottom of the vehicle trim screen, you can access vehicle offers, how-to videos, accessory information, vehicle compare and specs. 7 Quick Locate If you re shopping online or at a dealership and you know the desired VIN, enter the last eight digits of the VIN to view your specific vehicle of interest details, including Employee/Supplier pricing. Search By VIN Type in the last eight digits of the VIN and select vin details to see information about a specific vehicle. Scan To Find A Vehicle The VIN Details page displays vehicle information, employee and supplier price, as well as vehicle location information. Share vehicle information & videos Click the share buttons and an will populate with vehicle information and links to the video(s) for that make and model 7 Select the scan icon in the upper right hand side of your screen Use your phone s camera to scan the vehicles VIN number. The VIN Details page displays vehicle information, employee and supplier price, including owning dealer information.

8 Towing Lookup Tow Look-up and Reverse Tow Look-up Tow Lookup provides the ability to check on towing capabilities by vehicle or use the reverse tow calculator to quickly identify and locate which vehicles can tow a specific weight. Reverse tow calculator can also search based on engine and axle ratio preferences. Calculator Payment Calculator Payment Calculator provides you the ability to identify vehicle affordability or payments based on down payment, trade-in value, sales tax, fees, and interest rates. 8
