3 Overview TaskitPro consists of 2 elements A Management dashboard and a mobile application The management dashboard is cloud based and accessed via a web browser at The application is accessed from the Apple and Google Play stores via a mobile device. Quick Start Guide Step 1: Management Dashboard - Register via the home page at Step 2: Create projects by selecting the "Projects" tab followed by the "+ Create New Project". Step 3: Create tasks by selecting a project and entering task details including "from & to" dates down the left side of the project Gantt interface. Step 4: Create users by selecting the "Users" tab followed by selecting the "+ Create New Users" tab Note: When you create a new user they will automatically be sent an invite and details to download the TaskitPro app so they can receive jobs or tasks from you. The first user is free, to create additional user accounts select the "Subscription" tab.

5 Download & Register for the TaskitPro mobile application TaskitPro application can be downloaded via the link to the Apple and Google Play stores from the Taskitpro website home page or directly from the app stores. The purpose of the application is to receive and access tasks sent to you from the TaskitPro Management Dashboard. Registering the TaskitPro App. 1: If registered via an invite from the TaskitPro Management dashboard you will receive an invitation with login and app download details as below 2: By registering directly via the app the details you receive will allow you to login to the management dashboard as a TaskitPro Management dashboard user. Password Recovery for App From login screen of the TaskitPro app select the forgot password tab Enter the address you originally provided A recovery password is sent to that address Follow instructions click password reset link Recover password by entering address Password will be sent to your address Enter your username and this password to Login login Reset Password for TaskitPro dashboard Follow instructions click password reset link Click on the login tab at Click on the Forgot Password link Enter the same address you used to register A new password will be sent to your After login update your password in the Profile tab

6 First login When you first login you will be asked to update your user profile and save. Creating a Project The first screen when you login is the Project interface A project is a list of tasks such as a work schedule, an actual project or folder to group a list of activities, make your name relevant to the tasks you plan to group as a Project. Click on +Create New Project and enter an Project name and click ok Click on the Open Project Icon to access the project management dashboard.

7 Creating a User Click on the left side menu tab - Users Click on the + Create New User tab A user can be employee, contractor, associate or other that you will send jobs/tasks to Enter a user name and address and press OK The user will receive login details and invitation to download the TaskitPro mobile application. Once the user has installed the Taskitpro app and logged in they can start receiving tasks. See Mobile Application user guide below for detailed instruction on the TaskitPro application.

8 The Management Dashboard Creating and allocating tasks Enter a Task name that clearly to identifies the task to be carried out (up to 50 characters) Select a proposed start and finish date (these can be edited later if required) Enter task details in the task description box. From the "Users" dropdown menu select a name for the task (Note: when you select a user and select save it will allocate the task to the user mobile device automatically). You have the option to enter project tasks with the start/finish dates and descriptions and save prior to allocating to a user. (Note: to recall an assigned task simply deselect the user and select the save tab ensuring the user has not already commenced the task). Unallocated tasks are color-coded Black in the time line Allocated tasks are color-coded Green in the time line Tasks that have been started are color-coded Yellow in the time line Completed tasks are color-coded Red in the time line

9 Creating additional users Your free subscription provides full access to TaskitPro with one free User Subscription has 2 functions 1. Adding additional users 2. Monthly renewal (i) To add users select the number of user accounts you require then select the Add new users tab. (ii) At the end of the 30 day subscription (billing cycle) you will receive a reminder to renew your subscription. If you need to increase your user license during your billing cycle You will only be charged pro-rata to the end of the current billing cycle. To renew your subscription at the end of the billing cycle simply enter the number of active users you require for the following month and select the Renew Subscription tab. Subscription payment method Your free subscription includes one User, when adding users we use the PayPal secure payment gateway and accept major credit cards and PayPal payment. If you require direct funds transfer or yearly payment options please contact us on support@taskitpro.com and place payment options in the subject window with your enquiry in the body of the message and we will respond to your request.

10 Reports Opening reports window This is the opening page report unfiltered and provides Project name, Owner, Hours recorded against completed tasks, End date of last task and number of tasks in the project. Project report This report has been filtered by the Project name "7th Sept Job Schedule" this filter provides a filter of the project chosen from the "Select Project" filter project task names, Staff (user) name, hours recorded against the task by the user, the task end date entered in the management dashboard and a link to the task details.

11 User report This report has been filtered by the Project name "7th Sept Job Schedule" and staff member (User) name "Michael James" and a "from & to" date. This filter provides a filter of the specific Project Tasks carried out by the user between 2 specific dates, task hours and total hrs the user has recorded against each task along with the task end date entered in the management dashboard with a link to the task details. Project, User and Date filters applied This report has been filtered by the Project name "7th Sept Job Schedule" and staff member (User) name "Michael James". This filter provides a filter of the specific Project Tasks carried out by the user and the task hours and total hrs the user has recorded against each task and the task end date entered in the management dashboard with a link to the task details.

12 Visual Mapping This report is accessed via the side menu tab "Visual mapping, the dropdown menu displays your project names, by selecting a project and then the Visual Mapping tab all completed tasks are displayed. By clicking on the drop Task name, User, total hours recorded and when task was last updated will display in a popup. When the drop pin is highlighted basic job details are displayed and when the Task Detail text is highlighted a window with full task details including all times and images is displayed.

13 TaskitPro Application The application is accessed from the Apple and Google Play stores via a mobile device. (TaskitPro is designed for smartphones but will operate on most tablet devices) Once the app is installed open the app and register or enter the login details ed to you from a user via the TaskitPro dashboard.

14 If you have provided your TaskitPro user address to multiple companies who added you as a user those companies will display on the TaskitPro app home screen. The small icon in the top left corner of your screen activates a slide out menu containing the Home, Completed tasks, Logout and Help tabs. To the right side of the home screen list of company names is a red icon listing the number of currently active tasks provided by each company. Click on a red icon to see the tasks list in agenda format.

15 User options: Time Punch geocoded (stop watch) task start/stop time for accurate time keeping and geocoding in completed task view. Add task hours Add task comments Add up to two photos (for android take in landscape) for each task. When task are marked as complete they move to the completed task folder Your task/project manager may reallocate a completed task from the project dashboard with additional actions if required. This will reactivate the task displaying it in the task agenda until you update and mark the task as complete.

Standard images are approximately 400px wide Height = retained aspect ratio. You device camera setting may in some cases override our software setting resulting in larger image sizes. To reduce image size lower the image size in your devices camera settings if available. As images are uploaded when tasks are marked as complete your image size can cause the task completion process might be slightly delayed. Note: Dashboard password can be modified by you and the TaskitPro app password is system generated. Form the latest updates and information see our website
