1 Book and Buy! The booking engine integrated within corporate site allows passenger to check flight availability and best fares, to make a reservation and purchase ticket online. Credit cards like Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well as Bulgarian debit cards. 1. Flight search» Travel must start at least 4 days before the reservation date. 2. Price» The system offers the lowest available price according to the user preferences (dates, availability, cabin class) 3. Traveler Details» The passenger must provide all the information needed for reservation and ticketing - traveler s names, address, , telephone number, etc. Traveler s data is stored in Amadeus GDS. 4. Reservation confirmation and payment» The passenger receives a confirmation from webmaster@amadeus.net at the given when making the reservation. It consist the reservation code. With this code the user can check his reservation at The accepted credit cards for payment are VISA and Master Card, as well as Bulgarian Debit Cards registered in 5. Ticket issuance» The issuance of the ticket is processed when confirmation for payment has been received. Click on The next window displays the AMADEUS Global Distribution System reply to your request. A timetable displays our flights according your requirements. If there is no flight on that day, the system will offer you the next possibility.

2 Outbound shows both airports for the departure flight, date of the flight, airline, time of departure and arrival, duration of the flight, number of stopovers and the seat class. Return shows the parameters of the return flight Fare Type: Lowest Fare offers the lowest possible price for the specified trip To see the options for departure one day earlier click on previous day. Click on next day to see options for return one day later.

3 Price After flight selection click on Check Price button. Next screen shows the itinerary and travel price in Bulgarian Leva. All taxes included. If you accept this price click on Traveler Details button.

4 Passenger details After choosing the fare, passenger s details must be provided. The correct spelling of passenger s names in Latin is very important. Must be filled in consecutively the Family and First name, date of birth, address and telephone number with international dialing code for contact /needed in case of schedule change/. After filling in the mandatory fields in the form you can ask the system to remember your traveler details for future reservations. If you would like to make any special request for the flight special meal, wheelchair, sports equipment, pet, etc. you can tick the box Additional options. After choosing or not this option push the Purchase button.

5 After filling the special request you have for the flight, push the button Save.

6 Reservation confirmation and payment After successful registration next screen shows full information about your trip price, destinations, dates and times of the flights, passenger names. You can check the rules of the chosen fare by clicking purchase conditions. After that you have to fill in the needed details for the trip ID document number. After filling in the mandatory fields you can save your details for future reservations. Before confirming the trip you will have to tick the mandatory boxes, confirming that you have read the purchase conditions and that you agree to pay the before mentioned service fee. Click the Confirm Trip button to confirm your trip. You will receive a confirmation from webmaster@amadeus.net.

8 Payment After making the reservation the website is sending you to where you can see the reservation number, as well as the amount to be paid for the reserved tickets. You must push the button Pay with credit card if your card is not registered in After pushing this button you will have to fill the credit/debit card details card brand and number, expiry date (please take in mind that when filling the expiry date the format should be MM/YY separated by a slash / ), CVV code.

9 When you have filled the credit card details, you will receive a confirmation for the successful payment. You will be automatically send back to our website and you will be able to see your reservation details.
