4 Login to Color Line bookings engine and agent representatives in Color Line Each user account will receive a unique user id and password from Color Line. This is used for log in Please note. In the first version the link Forgotten password does not work To obtain your user id and password, and for additional information, please contact your agent representative.

5 Welcome page After a successful login, a personal message to the agency contact person is shown at the top of the screen One agency can have several contact persons Please note, after logging in you must choose the correct agreement from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page (see next slide)

6 Choose agreement The valid agreement must be chosen from the dropdown list* Under the heading Organization Account the logged in contact persons name is shown * If there is only one valid agreement for the agency, it will be choosen automatically (default)

7 Travel information and Campaign code for special offers Choose product type Travel or Ferry+hotel Choose line Choose type of travel Cruise, One-way or Return Choose number of cabins and number of passengers per cabin. Here you must also specify the different passenger types Max. 20 persons, 10 cabins, 5 cars, 20 bicycles Choose vehicle, bicycles and pets if relevant Promotion If there is a valid promotion code which should be used, this has to be registered at the bottom of the screen before you search for available trips Your agent representative will give you information about valid promotion codes and the offers Relevant promotion code: Hirtshals Larvik/Kristiansand Car package BIL21000

8 Travel type One Way, Day trip or Return Choose one way or return Return within 24 Hours not relevant (daytrip) SuperSpeed lines can be combined on return trip No combination of SuperSpeed and Oslo-Kiel possible Two seperate bookings Meals, cabins and seats are booked later

9 Price calendar The chosen date is marked in green Seven days are displayed in the calendar and it is possible to navigate to later or earlier weeks The price displayed is the cheapest departure on the chosen date

10 Price and departure Choose departure and fare type (Economy or Flex) The booked trip is summarised in the left hand column

11 Choose seats for SuperSpeed It is mandatory to choose a seat both for the outbound and inbound trip If the customer does not wish to have a booked seat this is indicated by choosing No seat in the dropdown menu

12 Choose cabins for Kiel-Oslo On this screen you will see which cabin is included and which other cabin types that are available. The cheapest available 3, 4 and 5* are shown For Cruise you only need to choose a cabin type (and will keep the same on the return), For transport bookings you can choose one cabin type on the outbound and another one on the inbound leg By clicking on View more cabins you see all available cabins

13 Choose extra products For Kiel Oslo the following meals can be prebooked Menu Ships 3 course Breakfast buffet in Grand Buffet Evening buffet in Grand Buffet Choose number of passengers and when the customer wants to eat For Hirthshals Larvik/Kristiansand there are no extra products that can be prebooked

14 Allocate passengers cabin and product You can change the automatic allocation if desired Extra products on board are saved on boarding cards

15 Price summary The price and travel information summary Here you have to confirm to have read and accepted terms and conditions for the booking

16 Detail information about the passengers This tickbox will not be used by agent bookings Passenger details must be filled in The adress is mandatory, please fill in the user account s personal adress Passenger mobile phone is mandatory (only used by Color Line for information in case of delay or cancellations) The passenger adress field can be filled in with an xx, since it is a mandatory field for other bookings, but not for agent bookings* * These fields will be removed in a later version of the system

18 Payment and invoice The method of payment will be invoice for agents Please do not choose other payment types, this functionality doesn t work in first version Confirm that you have read the information

19 Order confirmation and Agency commission The confirmation is sent to the agents adress Two documents are sent, one for the customer and one for the agency On the agency s copy the commission is specified

20 Agent must log in for each booking From the order confirmation screen it is possible to start a new booking Please note that in the first version of NBI, it is necessary to login again for each new booking

21 When clicking on New booking, the user comes to the NBI front page - Log in The same log-in procedure as described in the beginning of this presentation

22 Hotel packages Choose Ferry + Hotel in order to book a hotel package Choose destination (country and/or city) If the hotel stay differs from the travel dates this must be indicated by ticking the box My hotel occupancy dates are different from my ferry travel dates If the allocation of passengers in the hotel room differs from in the cabins this must be indicated ny ticking the box My cabin and hotel room occupancy will be different This is only relevant for Kiel-Oslo Allocate passengers to rooms/cabins (as usual)

23 Choose Hotel package and departure All available packages for the choosen date and destination are listed. The package price includes hotel and ferry For the destinations which have more than one departure per day, you can choose departure by clicking on Ship details The hotel packages can be sorted (by price, alphabetically, and others ++) If many package alternatives exist, they will be listed over several pages

24 The same package travelling with Superspeed For the destinations which have more than one departure per day, you can choose departure by clicking on Change departure

25 Change departure The earliest departure of the day is default You can change departure and if there is a surcharge, it will be shown here

26 Choose hotel room Here the room which is included is displayed. If other room types exist they will also be listed with the surcharge per room type Some hotel rooms can only be booked by request. You will then see a message to contact Customer Service

27 Cruisebooking Tick the box Return next day (Cruise) Choose departure date, return will be automatically choosen Tick the box All Inclusive if meals should be included Choose cabins It is not allowed to bring vehicle or pets on a cruise booking

28 Cruise with meals included If you have choosen All Inclusive everything which is included in the price is displayed in the left hand column The price includes the cheapest available cabin and the specified meals If the customers wants another departure date this can be choosen from the calendar or by using the button Add/change travel details

29 Choose fare type (flex or economy) and seating time for meals In the left hand column you can change the seating time for the meals on board

30 Choose cabins On this screen you will see which cabin is included and which other cabin types that are available. The cheapest available 3, 4 and 5* are shown For Cruise you only need to choose a cabin type (and will keep the same on the return), For transport bookings you can choose one cabin type on the outbound and another one on the inbound leg By clicking on View more cabins you see all available cabins

31 Allocate passengers cabin and product You can change the automatic allocation if desired After this screen the payment and confirmation screens follow (as shown earlier)
