This being the case, Eni founded and entrusted Eni Corporate University with enhancing and keeping up to date its wealth of business knowledge. The company handles the entire process of qualified resource recruitment as well as the necessary development and training which guarantees the Group s effectiveness and growth. 5

6 Eni Corporate University Eni Corporate University is the Eni company dedicated to sourcing, selection and orientation of personnel, to training and to knowledge management In keeping with the guidelines of Eni s Human Resources and Organization Office, Eni Corporate University oversees the entire knowledge cycle, from before selection to hiring and then throughout the whole course of the employees professional lives. Eni Corporate University is specifically geared to: promote the dissemination and sharing of Eni values; highlight and develops the legacy of managerial, technical and professional know-how of the people already in the Company through innovative training programmes; oversee the entire process of recruitment, selection and training of personnel on behalf of Eni and its subsidiaries; represent Eni s point of contact with national and international academic networks, and with secondary high schools; encourage and develops innovative forms of partnership with academic institutions, aimed at creating integrated training programmes for energy sector. 6

Target Foreign and National Eni high potential graduated in technical-scientific subjects, involved in HSE&Q activities Contents Preparatory section comprising 6 teaching fundamental modules (200 hr); Specializing section comprising 5 modules (320 hr) focusing on specific HSE&Q practical application to the Oil & Gas industrial problems carried out with technical exercises and laboratory software applications; Project work (250 hr) carried out by the students during the master program to finalise a technical report that will be the Master level Thesis. 21

22 Agip KCO Training Project Agip KCO together with developing upstream activities in the Caspian Sea has launched a training project which envisages the training of nearly 740 new recruited resources allocated in Operations, Well Area and Business Support: ~ 450 graduated and qualified trainees for Exploration, Production & Maintenance ~ 40 graduated trainees for Well Area ~ 230 graduated trainees for business support Eni Corporate University is in charge to design and develop the related activities 22
