Experience in long term care industry a plus Exceptional organizational skills Nursing experience a plus The successful candidate will focus on systems implementation, training and on-going support. This role will involve daily interaction with internal/external business users, internal IT groups, 3rd party software vendors and hosting partners. This role will involve Provides 2nd and 3rd tier support for clinical systems including, but not limited to Vision, Point Click Care, Answers-On-Demand (AOD). Provides clinical system implementations guidance and project management. Masters the features and functionality of the supported Business Unit software applications, understands the relationship between each of the supported software applications, and maintains knowledge of software updates and enhancements.
3 Application Support Analyst- Financial 7/27/2015 Two (2) years related systems analyst or application support experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains software (GL, AP, Management Report, Invoicing modules); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years of related systems analyst or application support experience with payroll software (Kronos, ADP, UltiPro). 3+ years of End-User support work focusing on issues remediation and resolution 3+ years experience in managing relationships and SLA s with 3rd party hosting vendors Experience in long term care industry a plus Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Computer Science or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will focus on systems implementation, training and on-going support. This role will involve daily interaction with internal/external business users, internal IT groups, 3rd party software vendors and hosting partners. This role will involve 2nd and 3rd tier for financial systems including, but not limited to Great Plains, UltiPro, Kronos, dining systems, and LMS systems.
4 IT Manager 7/7/2015 Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science or related field desired HDI and/or ITIL Certification desirable 5+ years of experience either on an IT Operations team or Help Desk team in a managing role Good English writing skills. Exposure to project planning and timeline management Ability to travel up to 50% The IT Manager provides leadership and support to Field Technicians and Desktop Technicians and works cross functionally with the other teams at Technologies. The IT Manager will be primarily managing the day to day support operations and help desk ticket resolution supporting end users at various locations. The IT Manager will also be managing responsibilities that differ from staffing, team member performance monitoring, mentoring, and special project management. These duties will include participating in the capital planning process for Technologies and its fully managed clients. The IT Manager will also be involved in the procurement process of the assets from various vendor suppliers. This position does require some level of travel.
5 Application Support Analyst 6/16/ years software support working on a variety of both custom and COTS solutions with focus on HR/Payroll systems 3+ years experience as a business analyst with a concentration in requirements, process analysis and documentation with demonstrated customer-facing skills in the understanding and implementation of business requirements, and End-User support work focusing on issues remediation and resolution Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience The successful candidate will focus on systems implementation, training and on-going support. This role will involve daily interaction with internal/external business users, internal IT groups, 3rd party software vendors and hosting partners. The candidate will also have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of various Asbury-IT HR and Payroll functions, as they relate to the CCRC industry, becoming a functional subject matter expert in these areas.
6 Project Manager 5/15/ years Project Management experience leading and working on a variety of both custom and COTS solutions Experience with IT Infrastructure, Data Integration and Test and Learn projects is a plus Experience in long term care industry a plus Certifications (PMP, ITIL, Black Belt, etc.) are a plus Bachelor s Degree in Management, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience The successful candidate will focus on project initiatives, service management, and other contract related tasks. Many of this position s project initiatives (but not limited to) will be the design, development and support of CCRC technology implementation. This role will involve daily interaction with internal/external business users, internal IT groups, 3rd party software vendors and hosting partners. The candidate will also have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of various Asbury-IT business functions as they relate to the CCRC industry, becoming a functional subject matter expert in these areas. Additionally, this individual will also have an opportunity for spearheading numerous Test and Learn project activities that will have an impact on future Asbury-IT technology advances contributing toward driving innovation and bringing new solutions and concepts.
