4 About NSHMBA The National Society of Hispanic MBA s (NSHMBA) was created in 1988 as a non-profit organization. Known as the "Premier Hispanic Organization," NSHMBA serves 37 Chapters and 12,000+ members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the U.S., so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation's diverse workforce.

12 Scott Astrada- Chapter President Scott B. Astrada serves as a Quality Review Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., in the Mortgage Banking Division. Scott also is the Managing Attorney at Astrada Law Offices, LLC. He provides counsel primarily in business law with a focus on tax planning. He has held legal positions at various private, state and non-profit agencies, such as the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. He holds a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a JD/MBA from Marquette University Law School.

13 Marc J. Adesso- Executive Vice President Marc J. Adesso is the founder and Managing Partner of the Adesso Law Group, an international law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI that handles a wide range of matters involving corporations, start-ups and individuals. Marc received his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his MA from New York University, his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and his JD from Marquette University

14 Christina Italiano- Treasurer Christina Italiano is the Assistant Dean of Columbia College of Nursing (affiliated with Columbia St. Mary's) in Glendale, WI. Christina is a first generation graduate who earned her MBA from Alverno College in 2010 and a BA in Business/Professional Communication from Mount Mary College, both in Milwaukee, WI.

15 Jesus Sanchez Director of Membership Jesus Sanchez is a Staff Engineer at Johnson Controls, Inc. Jesus has been with Johnson Controls, Inc. for more than 10 years with experience in product engineering, manufacturing, program management and strategic consulting. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marquette University.

16 Michael Miner Director of Corporate Relations Michael G. Miner is a managing partner and co-founder of Midwest Legal Partners, LLC and a Contract Specialist (Contractor) at GE Healthcare. Mr. Miner concentrates his practice on contract drafting, litigation (including appellate litigation), and representing and counseling employers in all facets of employment law. Mr. Miner obtained his B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, JD from Marquette University Law School, and he is expected to obtain his MBA from Marquette's Graduate School of Management in 2013.

17 Yvonne Brodsky Chapter Program Officer Yvonne Brodsky is the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion for Froedtert Health. Yvonne provides subject matter expertise on the topics of diversity and inclusion in an effort to increase Froedtert Health s competitive position in the marketplace and community. Yvonne holds a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University. She completed her BS in International Business and Marketing from Marquette University. Yvonne was recognized as a Forty Under 40 recipient by the Business Journal of Greater Milwaukee this past February of 2012.

18 Samantha Maldonado Chapter Program Officer Samantha Maldonado is the League Director and Director of Special events for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Samantha Works with the MSOL Fundraising Committee to manage and facilitate all details of League Fundraising events. Samantha also, works with the MSOL Membership Committee to grow the MSOL membership through effective new member acquisition and retention strategies. She has extensive experience with non-profit service in Board of Directors roles, active committee participation and volunteer management. Samantha also served as a consultant in the non-profit sector in the capacity of event planning and community relationship builder. Samantha holds an MBA from Alverno College.

19 Clarissa Mankus Director of Marketing Clarissa Mankus is a Practice Management Consultant with Northwestern Mutual. She works with the financial representatives and leadership teams in Northwestern Mutual s financial network to increase sales and production levels through various business strategies. Her background is in sales,marketing, project management, media, and community affairs. Clarissa has worked in advertising sales for Sinclair Broadcast Group and Meredith Corporation in markets such as Champaign, IL, Milwaukee, WI and Atlanta, GA.

20 Jesus M. Maldonado Reyes Chapter Program Officer Jesus M. Maldonado Reyes is currently a strategy consultant and adjunct professor at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC). He has held positions with BlackRock and Goldman, Sachs & Co., in senior level diversity recruiting positions. Jesus also served as a senior consultant at Accenture, working with Fortune 100 financial services companies. He is a recipient of the New York ASPIRA Corporate Circle of Achievers award. In 2007 he received the NSHMBA National Brillante Award for Membership Service. Jesus received his BS and MS in Chemical Engineering (focused in Environmental Engineering) from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.
