2 Introduction Mitchell/Martin Inc. is the leading IT Financial Services staffing firm in the New York tri-state area. Mitchell Martin Inc. (MMI) was established in 1984, specializing in the recruitment of Information Technology professionals. The company provides staff augmentation, solutions, permanent placement, and payroll services to a wide range of clients. The company is headquartered in New York City, with additional offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Atlanta, Charlotte, Oklahoma City, Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago. Currently, MMI has more than 1000 consultants engaged at fortune 500 and technology clients across the United States. MMI offers candidates access to the most distinguished firms in Financial Services including 9 of the top 10 investment banks, a variety of buy side/alternative investment houses including hedge funds, fund of funds, mutual fund and asset management companies, boutique brokerage firms and software houses that build proprietary software specifically for the financial services community. We can recruit for any technology skill set but we focus more on niche recruiting that includes such verticals as electronic trading, big data and data analytics, cybersecurity, regulatory and compliance, market and credit risk, prime brokerage, private banking, cloud computing and open source software to name a few. Today, we have contractors in approximately 38 states. Although our headquarters are in New York, 25% of our placements are outside of the NY area. We service our financial services clients in Charlotte, Newark/Wilmington, Columbus, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Tampa and Dallas. In 2011, we founded a technology incubator named Headhunter Labs. We have a few thousand square feet of office space in Manhattan. We invite startups and entrepreneurs into our incubator who are building disruptive technology in the talent acquisition space. We will provide them with business mentors, infrastructure, office space, introduction to potential clients and in some cases funding. Presently we have approximately 7 companies in our incubator and are planning to go live with a product named Interview Jet which is geared toward helping technology startups acquire talent. MMI has been named one of the "50 Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in the US," by Staffing Industry Analysts for the last 2 years. 6 Client Delivery Managers (CDM) Each enterprise account is aligned with a Director who is the single point of contact. CDM s require reference checks and in certain situations - technical tests (Prove it Tech Tests) before submittal of a candidate. Service our largest accounts Provide coverage on all jobs within the accounts Client Delivery Manager Knowledge Maintain expert knowledge in their assigned accounts. Focus Focuses on client Job Order priorities. Management Manages IT Recruitment delivery team. Quality Control Ensures quality control of all candidates. 7 Recruiting Methodology 24 to 48 hour turnaround to find qualified - CDM approved candidates. With more than 70-recruiters located in our recruiting centers worldwide - segmented into POD (Program Optimized Delivery) teams, we create customized delivery models unique to each client. Use of advanced technology for recruiting and resource management - consistently outperforming other suppliers and responding when others cannot. Enables Recruiters to identify the best available candidates for every job and not the first available candidate. Reduce our client s cost per hire by enabling us to submit candidates that match job requirements. We can respond to job requirements regardless of skills or geographic location. 7

8 3 Pillars of Exceptional Service Quality Speed Price MMI has one of most advanced technology platforms in the industry which provides our Recruiters instant access to thousands of candidates nationwide. Many of them have worked for MMI or have interviewed with MMI clients in the past, so we have a recorded history of their performance. We carefully manage our business by paying close attention to our clients Report Card Scoring system. We also measure our internal performance using the same metrics based measurements. Our candidate screening processes are mature and best in the industry. Our large Recruiting team and POD model allows us to be scalable and respond during peaks and valleys in Job Requisition volume. Our dedicated POD model allows us to learn each client s environment and skills, enabling us to build robust candidate pipelines. Automation has enabled MMI to streamline its entire business process. It makes MMI delivery teams 2-3 times more productive than our competitors. It also provides MMI with the unique ability to electronically integrate with many VMS systems. Which speeds response time to clients resource needs. These savings are then passed along to our clients in the form of highly competitive pricing.
