5 ... Race regulations : The Organization of the «Vayamundo MTB Cup», mountainbike competition ranked as class 1 in the International UCI Calendar, is done by the l EuréGioBike A.S.B.L. The competitions from Friday 1st and Saturday 2 nd of May 2015 in Houffalize will happen in accordance with the regulations from the UCI, RLVB and FCWB. Main races : (Friday 1st of May 12h00) XCO Masters1, Masters2, Fun A & Fun B (Friday 1st of May - 14h00) XCO Women Elite and U23 (WE) (Friday 1st of May 16h00) XCO Men Elite and U23 (ME) National races : (Saturday 2 nd of May 10h00) XCO Débutants (Cadets) & Dames jeunesses (Saturday 2 nd of May 12h00) XCO Juniors The members of the race jury will meet 1st of May, 9 o clock at the Race Office where the techinical meeting will take place with the president of the jury (Mr. Cichy Tomas to be designed by UCI) and track and accommodations control. Commissars presents at the briefing : Mr. Cichy Tomas, André Coppers, Pol Deblender, Arthur Jordens, Dany Wérisse, Justine Hardy, Jean-Marie Timsonet, Mathieu Timsonet, Emile Duchesne and José Lejeune. Registration and distribution of race kits starts at 10h00 up to a maximum of 30 minutes before the start of the respective races. Race day registration will take place in the Race Office at Hotel Vayamundo (Ol Fosse d'outh). Anti-doping controls will be conducted under the supervision of the anti-doping control officer, appointed by the UCI or the RLVB. The exams will take place in the Hotel Ol Fosse d'outh. The UCI regulations shall apply. Violations of the regulation will be punished according to the rules and regulations from the UCI. Every eventual disputes and argues will be analysed and decided by the president and members of the commissars group. The podium ceremony for the top 3 riders in each race will take place immediately after the arrival of the last rider.

6 ... Venue : The Vayamundo MTB Cup and the Roc d Ardenne will take place in the village of Houffalize, the Belgium Mountainbike paradise. Houffalize is located in the province of Luxemburg and is part of the Ardennes region. Race start; in front of the City Hall of Houffalize, rue de Schaerbeek. 11 The race track is 4930m long and has 135m of accumulated altitude per lap. There are 2 tech zones for material and food.... Entry money : The registration is FREE.... Closest Hospital (15kms): Chaussée d Houffalize, 1 B-6600 Bastogne Téléphone + 32 / Emergencies services from Houffalize are informed of the event and are ready to intervene if necessary. The helicopter landing zone is in the Houffalize football field.

13 ... Access public parking :... We would like to remind you that the mobility in the city center of Houffalize will be limited during the weekend Vayamuno MTB Cup / Roc d'ardenne. We advise you not to go down in the city, where it will be impossible to park. Therefore, we invite you to park in one of the 5 parking zones at your disposal at the highway exits. There will be a free shuttle service for all spectators and supporters. We believe that bikers can go by bike to town. From Liège (North), you leave the E25 highway at exit 51 and follow the indication Public parking and participants. From Bastogne (South), you leave the E25 highway at exict 52 and follow the indications Public parking and participants. If you come with a mobile home, you leave the E25 highway at exit 52 and follow the signs PARKING mobile homes. Parking is reserved for caravans / motorhomes near Houffalize football field. Please note this is not a camping area, this is a car park for mobilehomes / self campers. For more information on campsites near Houffalize : Parkings Teams :... The Teams parking is organized on private property owned by Ol Fosse d'outh. The Teams parking is reserved only for Teams, no racers or spectators allowed. RESERVATION FOR TEAM PARKING IS REQUIRED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING RULES: Reservation for Team parking is allowed until 15 of April, The Parking will be available only from Thursday, April 30 th, 9:00. (Attention, private parking). The entrance and exit of the Team Parking will be prohibited during races and official practice.
