2 Job Description Customer Value Chain Management (CVCM) Strategy Program Manager (location: Shanghai or Shenzhen) The Customer Value Chain Management s University Select Program is unique in that it provides a structured one-year program that positions you for success. Our program focuses on creating a positive impression of Cisco, ample exposure to leadership and thought leaders, opportunities to own and drive high-visibility projects, as well as guidance to help you grow your career at Cisco. The Customer Value Chain Management organization takes Cisco innovation from the drawing board to the customer. Whether it's complex, high-end, configure-to-order products or high-volume commercial goods, we turn ideas into solutions. As part of the Operations, Processes, and Systems team, we are a global organization with employees in more than 50 locations worldwide. We focus on effectively simplifying our supply chain, improving the new product introduction process, successfully managing our contract manufacturers, working with suppliers to find the best quality components at competitive prices, and creating inventive ways to recover value from returns - all while striving to positively impact Cisco's revenue. This team has raised the bar for supply chain excellence, but now a new and even more challenging era has begun. We must continue to maintain delivery, improve quality and accelerate supply chain velocity, even as Cisco expands into new technologies, and geographies. It's an exciting time to be part of this team as we optimize the supply chain across multiple dimensions and stay ahead of the increasing complexity and changing marketplace. The Program Manager role at Cisco is extremely dynamic and fast paced. We are looking for the kind of team members that have the following skill sets. Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates leadership qualities including: a sense of vision, ability to motivate and inspire others, solve problems, meet deadlines Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills Overall knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain Ability to develop solutions to complex problems which require creativity Self starter, self motivated: Ability to thrive in a remote setting (immediate team, direct line manager and dotted line managers can be located in different countries/time zones) Skilled in influencing, persuasion, and negotiation. Demonstrates ability to influence teams to achieve shared vision and drive accountability Ability to thrive in cross-functional environment Ability to work well with a variety of people from different functions and cultures and in a virtual team setting, as well as having the flexibility to take on different roles/responsibilities as projects evolve and
3 change Ability to drive initiatives from start to end, on time, within budget and expectations Education: Desired Degree s are: MBA, Program Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economic, Math or Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Require a 3.0 or comparable GPA The responsibilities of a Program Manager vary by the function and project that you are working onbelow are some of the responsibilities that you could be accountable for: Responsibilities: Define and Validate Project Scope (e.g. define vision, structure, and identify priorities) Drive and Manage Project Execution Perform detail cost analysis Create Project Plans and Schedules Manage Stakeholder Relationships Influences others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving common objectives Recognize and resolve conflict Managing multiple complex programs or projects and understands how they are interdependent and what that means to the business Facilitating cross-functional and/or global teams

The CVCM Strategic Analyst role at Cisco is extremely dynamic and fast paced. We are looking for the kind of team members that have the following skill sets. Knowledge/Skills: Strong understanding of the end-to-end value chain processes and drivers Experience with structured process methodology (e.g., Six-Sigma) Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement processes to support those requirements Demonstrated proficiency in a broad range of analytical skills Business acumen, e.g. including financial proficiency and business cases Understanding of Advanced Planning software systems and how it can be leveraged to model Supply Chain Planning decisions Ability to improve/streamline SUPPLY CHAIN Planning processes via 6 sigma/lean principles Project Management skills w/ DMAIC knowledge to deliver project completion on time, budget and quality Good understanding and practical application of Industry best practices Demonstrated capability to gather business user requirements (UI, Reporting, Metrics, Automation, etc), conduct needs analysis, and document them into BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) Self motivated with a great sense of ownership and ability to work independently Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior Endless sense of curiosity of how and why things work and how they may be improved Customer focused, collaborative, strong communication skills, flexible, and highly responsive
5 Superb facilitation and people skills; proven ability to lead teams through process design and decisionmaking Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders Education: Desired Degree s are: MBA, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economic, Math or Computer Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Require a 3.0 or comparable GPA The responsibilities of a Strategic Analyst vary by the function and project that you are working onbelow are some of the responsibilities that you could be accountable for: Responsibilities: This responsibility entails interfacing with business user community to ensure best in class, supply chain planning requirements are satisfied. Business Analyst should be able to efficiently support all aspects of project lifecycle including design, gap analysis and solutioning, IT interface, testing, training, user adoption, and change management. This role should be able to proactively support the supply chain planning community by: Implementing level 2 and level 3 integrated process flows Developing and driving metrics for programs to measure business effectiveness and facilitate continuous improvement Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to solve/mitigate issues and assist in user adoption Influences others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving common objectives Facilitating cross-functional and/or global teams
6 Finance Program Finance Analyst Cisco s Finance organization provides insight and analysis to guide the company s strategic positioning. Cisco Finance professionals are valued as dynamic and influential business leaders, which drive shareholder value. The position is under Cisco New Graduate program which provides an environment in which the participants will gain: Experience: Program participants will rotate through several Finance roles determined by their area of interest and current business needs. Participants will also have an opportunity to drive several teambased projects and complete individual stretch assignments. Exposure: Located in China, participants will collaborate and interact with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other Finance Program professionals. Education: In addition to core projects, participants will increase their skill level and business acumen by engaging in professional development workshops, function specific training, and business seminars. With role rotation, Responsibilities may include but not limit to: - Provide financial analysis and guidance on business performance for monthly/quarterly business reviews and decision making - Business partnering with the business team to drive and review balanced scorecard targets achievement. - Partner with business team to manage forecast to achieve higher forecast accuracy.
7 - Provide training to business team on financial policies and processes update - Drive operational excellence in related processes and tools, and ensuring SOX and Internal Audit compliance. - Collaborate with other teams on cross functional projects Desired candidates will have: MBA with a concentration in Finance Minimum of three years relevant work experience between completion of a Bachelors program and completion of a MBA program Demonstrated evidence of excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive change Strategic thinking acumen even for tactical assignments Strong financial acumen and familiarity with technology Proven track record of delivering results Capability to take on increased work load and responsibilities in both scope and scale Learning agility to process information, apply new ideas, and change approach as necessary Desire to work towards increased responsibility and influence Ability to earn trust from multiple audiences and be acknowledged by peers as both effective and trustworthy Openness to listening to and acting on constructive feedback Ability to embrace change and work effectively with ambiguity Strong communication and presentation skills Self starter and ability to forge relationships with business partners Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence change
