DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT In order to secure a seat on the trip, the following payment schedule has been established: An initial deposit of $ per person is due on or before July 3, A second payment of $ per person is due on or before August 22, A third payment of $ per person is due on or before September 19, A fourth payment of $ per person is due on or before October 17, A fifth payment of $ per person is due on or before November 14, A sixth payment of $ per person is due on or before January 15, Final payment or the balance of the trip will be determined by the number of trip participants as well as the amount earned from fundraising efforts. Notification of the amount due will be provided by The Eastern High School Band approximately two weeks prior to the due date. No invoices will be sent. Therefore, it is each individual's responsibility to keep his or her payments current. Space for the trip is limited, therefore, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis according to the date your initial deposit is received. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following policy will adhere: Cancellations received on or before August 21, 2014 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. IN THE EVENT THE TRIP DOESN T MATERIALIZE DUE TO THE LACK OF PARTICIPATION OR THE CONCERT SPACE AT CARNEGIE HALL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE YOUR MONEY IS FULLY REFUNDABLE. Cancellations received between August 22, 2014 and September 18, 2014 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between September 19, 2014 and October 16, 2014 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between October 17, 2014 and November 13, 2014 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between November 14, 2014 and January 14, 2015 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. In the cancellation , please include the name of the school, grade and destination along with the name of the student and mailing address. Students who have been cancelled from the trip due to disciplinary reasons, academic probation, quit band or have changed schools will still be bound by the cancellation policy.
