3 3 Section 1 - ipad 1.1 O B T A I N R E C E I V E R F O R I P A D V I A A P P S T O R E 1. Launch, App Store 2. Type in the search bar, citrix 3. Within the ipad Apps dialog box select, FREE, then INSTALL 4. Citrix icon should appear on your ipad s desktop once the installation is complete.

Select Options by clicking on the arrow in the lower left of the dialog box. 4. Select, Manual Setup and then, Web Interface 5. Fill in necessary information like below. Address: Description: Tenet Portal 6. Select, Save once all the New Account Settings are filled out properly. 7. Should look similar to illustration below:

5 5 Section 2 - ipad 2.1 L A U N C H A P P L I C A T I O N *Note: This is where you can launch Citrix Applications. Please navigate to Section 3 for more information accessing etenet site. 1. Select, Receiver on the ipad s desktop 2. Select, Accounts and on the dropdown select, Tenet Portal *See Section 1.2 if different 3. Login with your Tenet User name and Password to launch the desired Tenet Application. Should look similar to illustration below:

6 6 2.2 G E T T I N G A R O U N D I N A P P L I C A T I O N S *Refer to the illustration below for steps At the top of the screen Select the down arrow 2. Select, keyboard 3. Select within the user name field and type your application user name 4. Select within the password area and type your application password 5. Select the return button on the keyboard 6. Select the hide keyboard button and begin using the Citrix Application

Instead of launching it directly, launch etenet via Citrix. You must already have the Cirix Receiver for ipad installed from Section Select, Receiver on the ipad s desktop 2. Select, Accounts and on the dropdown select, Tenet Portal *See Section 1.2 if different 3. Locate and select, Need to logon to etenet using an Apple product?... click here on the ipad screen. 4. If you see, Need to launch HPF or Cerner using an Apple product?... click here proceed onto step Login with your Tenet User name and Password to launch etenet Portal.

Select within the user name field and type your application user name 4. Select within the password area and type your application password 5. Select the return button on the keyboard 6. Select the Done button and begin using the Citrix Application.

13 13 Appendix E R R O R M E S S A G E S 1. Error message illustrated below occurs when accessing an application that you do not have permission to launch. 2. Error message below (right) appears after entering password incorrectly. 3. ipad s Safari internet browser currently does not support launching Citrix applications and will prompt with the following message, Your browser must have Java enabled to use the Client for Java. This is resolved by navigating to Section 1.1, Obtain Citrix Receiver for ipad via App Store. 4. ipad s Safari internet browser currently does not support and will prompt you with the following message, You must have Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or higher to login. This is resolved by navigating to Section 1.1, Obtain Citrix Receiver for ipad via App Store.
