3 OUR PROGRAM PROGRAM STRUCTURE At Accor we recognise that every person has a story, that s why we re committed to creating a diverse workforce and have developed a readymade training program, tailored to suit experienced workers, aged 50 and above. The program is facilitated over 5 days, and participants will attend varying hours during the week in order to administer a range of tasks which will prepare them for work in a hotel environment. Upon completion of the program, participants will be provided with feedback from an Academie Accor professional and possible job opportunities for future employment with Accor will be discussed. Monday Tuesday Introduction to Accor Our philosophy, culture & general awareness Workplace Health & Safety Dealing with complaints Working in a hotel workshop/ discussion/ expectations and standards Basic skills training for Food & Beverage/ Front Office Visit hotels, experience hands on in a hotel in guest service or Food & Beverage Conclusion: What is Accor looking for in our employees?
