You have been selected for the first round of assessment and hereby we enclose the following: 1. Questionnaire Form 2. Memorandum of Information 3. Registration Form 4. Products (Workshops) List Please follow these simple steps: Step 1: Print the Questionnaire Form, complete it and submit by . (Please read the enclosed MOI in detail before filling out the form) Step 2: Upon receipt of your completed form we will assess your answers and call you for a phone interview. If you are suitable for the position you will be advised prior proceeding to the next step. Step 3: If you are a successful applicant after the interview, then you will receive an invitation in writing to complete the Registration Form to participate in IMF Enterprise Workshop for absolutely FREE for continuing participants. (Strictly by invitation only). This will be the gateway to commence your exciting service contract for three years. Step 4: On completion of the three-day IMF Enterprise Workshop, you will be guaranteed/offered an engagement as Sales Manager (Please refer to MOI for details). Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact on or info@imfacademy.com.au Note: The Workshop is absolutely FREE for the final engaged applicants of IMF Academy. However a security deposit of $1, will be charged or arranged (Refer to Questionnaire Form) at registration as security against the cost of the workshop & Licensing, in the unfortunate event the applicant decides to not accept the Service Contract engagement after completion of workshop or not proceed with the Training from the time of Registration. The role of dedicated Sales Managers will be the managing of Sales Consultants affairs. Networking with fellow IMF Sales Managers ensures your professional education is ongoing. You will be trained and prepared for your exciting venture by attending a 3 Day workshop. Training Provided An initial FREE 3 day intense induction course will be provided in one of these cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Hobart Business Development, Marketing, Management and Product Knowledge are the corner-stone of this session. You will understand the power of the IMF Concept. The pros and cons will be covered with the in-depth training program. Ongoing coaching, mentoring and meetings are part of your long-term success. Upon successful completion of the 3 Day Workshop then you will be accredited as IMF Sales Manager. You will be a certified member of IMF Academy Sales Management team. The workshop will include the following topics, inter alia: 1. IMF introduction 2. IMF mindset 3. IMF members business structure 4. IMF management structure 5. IMF innovative sales and marketing methodology 6. Product details (Refer to Product list at end of MOI) 7. Sales procedure and how to operate 8. Commission calculation and payments 9. IMF sales management explained 10. Service contract explained 11. IMF Sales Manager engagement confirmation 03

3 Skills IMF Sales Managers do not need any specific level of formal qualifications as such; they merely require a level of technological competency with some relevant experience and the desire to succeed. The technological competencies of a great Sales Manager include: Excellent communication skills; An understanding of general business metrics; Solid presentation skills and a strong desire for success; The desire/enjoyment of being a part of worthwhile business; The right mindset for management of Sales Consultants; Discipline and focus in achieving the targets and company goals; and Application of unique skills and methods which are covered and trained in the IMF Enterprise Workshop. 4 Enterprise Workshop Why pay for a franchise when you can get contracted by this company and attend a FREE IMF 3 Day Workshop worth $1,650? You will be offered/guaranteed a Service Contract for 3 years. We are changing the industry! Enrol for the FREE 3 Day Training workshop - at the end of workshop, after learning all the details and secrets, you are free to form your own opinion on how exciting and unique this program is. If you decide to proceed with your Service Contract for 3 years then you will be allocated the Sales Consultants to manage. Otherwise you may walk away and you have attended a great and wonderful workshop for three days, which will have immensely improved your knowledge of business development, marketing, management and product knowledge. The Workshop & Licensing is absolutely FREE for the final engaged applicants of IMF Academy. However a Security Deposit or Bank Guarantee of $1, will be taken or arranged at registration in the event you decide not to accept the Service Contract after completion or decide not to proceed after registration. Your training and the process to qualify for the position and licensing commences from the time of registration. The Refund of Security Deposit or release of Bank Guarantee will only occur if the service contract is completed and signed. The workshop fee is only charged if you decide to not proceed with engagement as a Sales Consultant. Options: Upfront $1, ( Will be held until the contract of engagement is finalised); Bank Guarantee of $1, (This will incur a legal fee of $ payable at registration to arrange the agreement) 3 x Monthly instalments of $ (First payment at registration and monthly thereafter); Note: All instalment payments must be completed prior to the IMF Enterprise Workshop date to be able to attend. The workshop is absolutely FREE if you proceed with the Service Contract and your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your engagement. There are no catches, no hidden fees or costs, and no obligations other than your duty of confidentiality and complying with the very reasonable contract terms. 05

5 Once you have finalised the Service Contract you will commence your service as a Sales Manager. The following options will be available to Sales Managers on completion of the workshop: 1. You will commence the position and IMF Academy will allocate Sales Consultants for you to manage. There are no limits in allocation numbers per Sales Manager. 2. Alternatively you may commence by initially recruiting your own minimum 10 Sales Consultants (SC) prior to the workshop a. You will receive 30% commission for each SC appointment. This will automatically qualify you for Sales Manager position and you will personally be entitled to $4,950 commission (Inc GST) due and payable on the 15th day of the following month. b. This process could start immediately after registration. There are no maximum appointments per Sales Manager. Each option entitles you to differing levels of remuneration and commission. For more information refer to the list below IMF Management Structure National Sales Manager Note: Each sales MGR will manage 10+ Sales Consultants (IMF Partners + IMF Ambassadors). Commission Structure Calculations below are based on the following assumptions: Assumptions: 1. A Sales Manager is managing 10 Sales Consultants 2. Each Sales Consultants processes 4 orders per month. 3. Average price per order is $4, Inc GST 4. Sales Manager brings in 4 Sales Consultants per month Sales Manager Commission Calculation: A. 4 sales X $4,500 per Sales Consultant = $18,000 per month B. $18,000 sales X 10 Sales Consultants = $180,000 per month C. $180,000 sales X 10% commission = $18,000 per month D. Intro 4 Sales Consultants per month = 4 x $1,650 = $6,600 x 30% = $1,980 per month E. Total Commission per month = $19,980 per month F. Annual Commission $19,980 per month X 12 months = $239,760 per annum (Inc GST) NB: Sales Consultants pay for the workshop to be trained. ($1,650.00) Depending on the time you dedicate to the business, and your position, the earning capacity accelerates accordingly; You could still easily earn $100,000 - $200,000 per annum, as calculated above; From 8 hours per week to full time; You can work the hours of your choice; Work from home or office; We supply all manuals, stationery and advertising material; We provide training/workshop; We provide on-going mentoring; and We provide the full range of products (product prices range from $1,650 to $29,500) Those lucky enough to be a part of this program will realise very quickly they are part of something very special. 6 The Process: 1. After applying for the position, you may receive the MOI and Questionnaire form. 2. You will be requested to fill out the Questionnaire Form. 3. Upon assessment of your completed Form you may be called for phone interview. 4. After your successful phone interview you will be invited to register for IMF Enterprise Workshop (Valued at $1,650.00) for absolutely FREE and pay or make arrangement for the security deposit of $1, Every Sales Manager will attend the induction Course/ Workshop for 3 days in the selected city for FREE - valued at $1, You will receive a certificate of IMF Enterprise Workshop completion 7. Once the workshop is completed then the following options are available to you: a. You may decide not to proceed with the Service Contract; i. In which case you have the benefit of having attended a comprehensive workshop covering marketing and management topics in detail; ii. Your deposit will be drawn upon to pay for the workshop; b. You may decide to proceed with the Service Contract as a Sales Manager; c. You may be allocated Sales Consultants; or d. Proceed with recruiting Sales consultants yourself. 8. You will be certified to be a member of IMF Sales Management Team; 9. You will be issued a Service Contract to proceed; 10. You will receive the Management material, consisting of: a. address (Paid for by IMF) b. Business card (Paid by the Manager) c. Point of sales material (Paid by the Manager) d. Access to website through member s login (Free of charge) e. Entitled to a 30% discount for personal use of IMF products. 11. Free Group Business Mentoring package valued at $1,750.00; 12. You will be entitled to attend the Annual IMF Conference as a member (Exclusive to members only). 07
