PROTECTING EQUIPMENTS : - 1 cm thick, soft seiken protector (compulsory) - gum shields (compulsory) - 1 cm thick leggings (permitted) - suspensor (permitted) - breast plates for females (permitted). - foot protector (red-blue) compulsory ENTRANCE CONDITIONS IN KATA&KUMITE: New information karate world cup 2008 The organisation executive committee give Permition to all women from Islamic countries to using scarf in the competition Because of possible injuries please bring your health insurance certificate with you! To certify the age please bring the competitors passports with you! To certify the degrees also bring your BUDO passport or WKF passport with you during the championship the organizers can anytime check the degrees, so it is suggested to keep it with you. In case of imperfect conditions - if it clears up - the competitors or teams might be disqualified!

6 REWARDS: Cup and medals of participation for the first place winners Medals of participation for the second and third place winners Diplomas of participation for each contestant REFEREE MEETING: 29 June, :00 09:00 Norrevång Sport Hall REFEREE DELEGATION : We are pleased to have international referees who judge during The Championship. In case of delegating referees please send the enclosed form back. TICKETS FOR ACCOMPANYINGS : For the whole Championship: 20 EURO/person For one day : 8 EURO/person Every team gets tickets for accompanying according to the number of participants (after every 10 participants the team gets 2 tickets), teams below 10 persons also get 2 tickets. Tickets will be given out during the registration. In case the team needs more tickets it is possible to buy tickets in advance until the 10 th June After the deadline tickets are available only in the competition Place. DEADLINE : After the 15 th June will not accept any entrance form: Reservation or Bank transfer Registration after the deadline: 5 Euro ACCOMMODATION : Hotel registration only in Eslöv will be done through the Organizing Committee. ATTENTION! It is necessary to coordinate the accommodation facilities in Eslöv, That s why we direct the team leaders attention to book their accommodation by the Organizing Committee; otherwise we cannot accept the application. For those teams who do not book their accommodation in advance by the Organizing Committee will not Have the permission to enter the Championship! As we have book in advance, we are kindly asking all participating Team to give as soon as possible the number of participants and date Of arrival and departure. 14 days before the Championship we will not accept any change.

7 COMPETITION GUIDELINES: PAYMENT: Only Coaches will be allowed on the competition area. Coaches will be issued with 1 coach pass for every 10 competitors. Spectators and non officials will not be allowed around the Competition area. The competitor or team may run the risk of disqualification by any unacceptable behaviour of theirs Supporters. Only the official coach on duty that day may approach control Table for any queries. Competitors and spectators must go via Their coach for information. 16 How to get Eslöv!! Eslöv is located in the south of Sweden, 35 Km. outside Malmö. Malmö is a 25 min. train-journey from Copenhagen airport or 25 min. bustrip from Sturup airport. There are trains from Malmö railwaystation to Eslöv every 30 min. With this information the Eslöv Shotokan Karate Academy wish you welcome to our tournament and town and hope you will have a pleasant stay. There are also a lot of interesting surrounding in the area and Eslöv is also not far from Malmö and Copenhagen.
