We from the Danish team (KAD) were thrilled to participate and also very happy that three of us won the gold medal: Søren Helsted, veteran masters years kata male Kenneth Holtz, veteran masters years kata male Malene Kirkeby, veteran masters years kata female However, there seem to be some problem with the Sportdata.org system, as our names and organization have been deleted from all lists. Instead, we find x es, and Turkey is registered as the winning country instead of Denmark. This goes for the results by category ( as well as all the draws:

3 Denmark is not mentioned at all on the list of medals by nation ( I sincerely hope that you will help solve this issue and have the lists corrected. Also I request that you send us the WKF-passes which we payed for and were supposed to receive during the registration at Akgun Hotel on 4 April. All our individual, club, federation members can join to the event freely. Do not worry about joining to the event, but the World Karate Federation is an International Olympic Commitee recognised Karate Sport, and our events accredited by World Karate Federation and this means once you take WKF ID cards which will be given during the registration will not change your membership to WUKF or WKF. I have to ask you once again, however, whether it is really okay for us to participate, being affiliated with WUKF and not WKF. According to the invitation letter (page 6), all participants must have a WKF ID card to participate (this is even highlighted in red). This seems to be contradictary to the statutes according to which you can enter championships once you are a member (article 4) and membership is open to all Unions, National Federations, Clubs, Individuals (article 3). I am really sorry to disturb you once again, but we really have to know for sure that we are welcome before we buy plane tickets, book hotel etc. Yours sincerely Malene Kirkeby
