Programming, design and implementation of spatial development. Evaluation of assets and resources of the environment from the point of view of a land use optimizing. Relation of planning to an environmental protection and a sustainable development. Standards of environmental conditions and urban standards. Study of conditions and directions of spatial development. The local development plan. The objectives and principles of forecasting of the expected impact of the plan on a natural and cultural environment. The problems of the modern workshop of spatial planning. Developing skills: comprehensible to a wide audience, to present and defend their ideas, projects in a public speech, as well as confidence in the implementation presented by you (your team) design solutions resulting in an integrated design process.
