Legal regulation of social assistance in Poland. Alcoholism and drug addiction as a social problem. The regulation of combating unemployment and drug addiction in Poland. Crime as a social problem. Principles of labor relations, social relations and ties in the workplace, the processes of cooperation, adaptation, integration, competition, conflicts in organizations, their causes and typologies, organizational, synergistic effect, functions and positions in the workplace/organization, motivation and efficiency of operations, principles and instruments of motivation, reward and punishment, the expectations and needs of an effective policy to reward, social engineering methods for control/influence, change attitudes and stages of its formation, the formation of the target groups, the structural factors of the efficiency of group communication within the organization and elements of the persuasion process, principles of construction of Administration II, 6

Analysis of the context of "national" (Polish), and the process of reception of European solutions on a national basis. Learning outcomes of the course unit Knowledge: Skills: P_W01 student has come to know a new type of political relations connected with multi-level governance and has a knowledge to present relations of legal norms to other norms being part of social order. P_W02 student has a knowledge to present institutions being part of policy of cohesion, legal regulations and soft law, as a part of European law. P_W03 student is familiar with publications about process of europeisation and with issues of regional policies. P_U01 student has settled relations between legal and other aspects of activity in the field of european politics as a such and in the area of regional policy as a category of sectoral policy (administrative). P_U02 student has used of language of branche (european regional policy). P_U03 student has skills to define issues regarding structure and development of institutional structure of regional policy, could form some interpretations and formulate some conclusions, about universal character too. 9 Competences: institutions which main goal is to acquire European resources (administrative and financial absorption) P_K02 student is ready to point out main issues K K03 relevant to coordination of mechanisms and institutions of European regional policy and national regional policy. Course contents The main goal is to present processes and institutions connected with European policy of cohesion (regional) and with procedures of national policy. There will be presented normative foundations of Policy of cohesion in the context of development of model of integration and in the context of organizational aspects of regional policy as a sectoral one which has some public goals. One of the main goals is to present how process of europeization of national policy would develop and which instruments are part of that. Another one concern European projects and effective methods of absorption of European resources. It s worth to remember that regional policy is a kind of redistributive policy and is not characteristic for activity of EU and their institutions. Regulative policies should be consider as a main direction of activity of Commission and not only. P_U02 student applies the learned knowledge in the field of criminal law to assign criminal liability of officers in the given facts. P_U03 student justifies his/her opinion on the existence or absence of grounds to assign criminal responsibility, using the legal argument that refers to jurisprudence and courts decisions. 13 Course contents The basic principles, characteristics and conditions of criminal responsibility. Disciplinary liability and criminal liability. The concept of crime and the concept of disciplinary action. Authorities and disciplinary proceedings. The concept of a public official and the concept of a person performing a public function in the criminal law. The catalog of offenses, the entity may be a public official. Corruption (Articles 228, 229 of the Polish Penal Code); offenses paid favoritism (Articles 230, 230a of the Penal Code). Offences relating to misuse of the remit (Article 231, 296 of the Penal Code). Disclosure or illegal use of state secrets (Article 265 of the Penal Code), disclosure or illegal use of professional secrecy or business function (Article 266 of the Penal Code). The concept of document in the criminal law. Offences related document forgery (Article 270, 271 of the Penal Code).
