2 Palmetto Children s Charity is pleased to invite you to join us for the 6th annual St. Paddy s Day Dash & Bash set for Saturday, March 18th, Benefitting five Greenville children s charities, this community-focused 5K takes place in Downtown Greenville and welcomes more than 3,500 attendees annually. This year, our goal is to raise $150,000 that will be used for specific projects and mission fulfillment by our benefitting charities: Camp Spearhead, GHS Children s Hospital, Legacy Charter School, Let There Be Mom, and Make-A-Wish South Carolina. Families, friends, corporations and volunteers will come together and support the important missions and affected families within the community but we can only achieve our goals with everyone s help! There are multiple ways to make an impact including sponsorships, donations, becoming a vendor and creating a team. SHIPS Our sponsors play an integral part in helping us to provide much needed support to our benefiting organizations. By giving to this event, not only are you giving directly to these charities, but the reach of your dollar is recognized all throughout the community. Our sponsorship program is flexible to meet the needs of your organization. We will pleased to customize a sponsorship package for you, based on your needs and budget, to create a successful partnership. DONATIONS We rely heavily on the donations of goods and services to maximize funds that are provided to our beneficiaries and we would greatly appreciate any assistance you or your company is able to offer. VENDORS In order to fully engage our community, we encourage local businesses and organizations to come and showcase their products and services as an event vendor. Imagine thousands of attendees visiting your booth to hear more about your business or organization. Interactive components are created to encourage vendor engagement and audience participation. TEAMS One of the most fun ways to get involved in the St. Paddy s Day Dash & Bash is by putting together a team and being a part of the action! You can create a corporate team, family team, neighborhood team, friend team, or any other group. 3 ABOUT THE BENEFICIARIES Camp Spearhead provides an environment of unconditional acceptance for children and adults with special needs and disabilities. Founded in 1968, Camp Spearhead offers residential camp programs in the summer and 20 weekend programs throughout the school year. The Camp s new home at the Pleasant Ridge Camp & Retreat Center is specifically designed to meet the needs of their campers and to provide the best summer camp experience possible. Children s Hospital of Greenville Health System (GHS) is located in Upstate South Carolina. Board-certified physicians care for more than 330,000 infants, children, and adolescents each year. From primary care to specialty care, we are dedicated to providing outstanding medical care for every child. We are committed to serving not only the patients well-being, but the well-being of their families. From pediatric sized medical equipment to patient room decor, innovative care is delivered in a child friendly environment. Philanthropy helps Children s Hospital fill the dream gap. Legacy Charter School offers a quality, rigorous, and relevant educational program leading to college graduation and empowering underserved urban students to become productive, fit, principled citizens in a changing society. Located in the heart of Greenville s West End, Legacy is a public charter school serving nearly 1,300 students in grades K5-12, and has a high poverty rate indicated by 100% eligible for free lunch. It is the belief that every student at Legacy Charter School will attend and graduate from college. Let There Be Mom was created to preserve the legacies of moms and dads who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness. They are there to assist parents in preserving the traditions their families have started, the memories they have made and the hopes and dreams they have for their children. While they hope that each mom and dad that they have the honor of serving makes a full recovery, in the even that one of them is taken from this earth, Let There Be Mom will have helped them leave something for their children to embrace. Make-A-Wish South Carolina grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since 1984, the South Carolina chapter of Make-A-Wish has touched the lives of more than 2,000 children and their families by offering the thrill of a once-in-a-lifetime wish. Make-A-Wish provides them with a life-affirming experience filled with hope and happiness that supports them during their illness, and often leads to long-term remission with the chance to enjoy a bright future.

Social Media As a Sponsor, you will also benefit from social media campaigns and communications driven by our team and beneficiaries.
