Via Piranesi Milano Stadio del Ghiaccio Pranives at Selva Gardena, an indoor ice rink with the ice surface of 30m x 60m International Competition for categories: - Advanced Novice girls/boys - Junior ladies and men - Senior ladies and men competitors must be entered through their respective Member Federation. Each National Association may entry up to two (2) competitors for The Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior categories The Italian Federation may entry up to three (3) competitors for Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior After the deadline of entries, the organizing committee may decide if more than the allowed skaters could be accepted. Therefore one substitute skater should be nominated. 1

2 Entries must indicate: 1) Name of the Association making the entry, 2) Full name of the competitors and their birth dates, 3) Full name of the Judges, 4) Name of coach, if any, or team leader accompanying the competitors Entries of the competitors and names of the nominated Judges must be made by their respective National Associations to: FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA SPORT GHIACCIO and to EISCLUB GARDENA Entries of competitors must be received no later than February 27 th 2015 Nominations of the Judges must be received no later than February 27 th 2015 Entry fee: Please note: 70,00 per participant. Cristina/Italy Entries are only accepted, if the Entry Fee had arrived at the Organizers account. A respective confirmation will be forwarded to the Members concerned. Accreditation: The official accreditation is at the main entrance of the Ice Rink. Expenses: Travel, board and accommodation expenses have to be paid by the partecipants. Panel of Judges: Each invited Member entering the competition is entitled to nominate one Judge. The Panels of Judges will consist of five (5) Judges (in the list of the international Judges). The Organizer will draw the panel of Judges after the closing of entries. The concerned Member will then be notified of the result of the draw. The Organizer will provide travel accommodation and meals for all Technical Panel and Referees and accomodation and meals for Judges drawn for the panel between dinner on Saturday March 21 st to breakfast on Wednesday March,25 th For all invited Referee, TS, TC, DRO. The organizers will pay travel, board and accommodation. 2

Low cost transfers from the low cost airport Bergamo Brescia on: Practice: Competition: Official practice for competitors begins on Sunday, 22 nd March 2015 at 7am The detailed schedule will be issued at the time of registration. Athletes have to announce for practice time. Monday, 23 rd March 2015: Short Program Tuesday, 24 th March 2015 Free Skating, Price awarding Judges and TP meeting: IJM and TP meeting Sunday March 22nd 2015 at 9:00 a.m. RTD and TPRM: Tuesday March 24 th 2015 as soon as possible at the end of the competition, but not later then the following day Draw: Music: Liability: the draw for starting order oft he SP for all categories will take place on Sunday 22 nd 2015 at the rink at 1:00 p.m., for free program will be according the inverse of the results of short programs. All competitors shall furnish competition music of excellent quality on CD format, in accordance with Rules 343, paragraph 1. A list of titles, composers and orchestras of the music to be used for Short Program and Free Skating Program must be listed for each competitor on the official Music Information Form and attached to the official Entry Form for competitors. In accordance with Rule 343, paragraph 1, all discs must show the competition event, competitor s name, the nation and the exact running time of the music (not skating time), including any starting signal and must be submitted at the time of registration. Each program (short program, free program) must be recorded on a separate disc. In addition each skater must provide a back-up drive for each program. In accordance with ISU - rule 119 the Organizing Committee accept no liability for bodily and personal injury or for property loss or damage incurred by competitors and officials. Each ISU Member is expected to provide its own insurance protection. The Organizer will provide emergency medical services for all invited 3

4 Officials and Competitors during the competition. Awards: The winner of Junior and Senior category will receive the GARDENA SPRING TROPHY made of gold. Each category will be classified: 1., 2., 3. Place: Cup and diploma All partecipants: medal and diploma Technical program: Short and Free program for each category according ISU rules Advanced Novice girls/boys Short Program: The required elements to be skated are those listed in the ISU Communication No Duration: 2 min, 30 sec maximum for boys and girls Free Skating: The required elements to be skated are those listed in the ISU Communication No Duration: 3:00 min +/- 10 sec for girls 3:30 min, +/- 10 sec for boys - Junior Ladies and Men Short Program: The required elements to be skated are those listed in ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2014 Rule 611, paragraphs 1 and 3 for 2014 Duration: 2 min, 50 sec maximum, but may be less Free Skating: In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2014, Rule 612 and the respective ISU Communication.
