Money back will be in CZK exchange rate 26 CZK/EUR. Accommodation: 1. More expensive option (CZK 390 per night) accommodation at the University dormitory Neředín (49 35'40.854"N, 17 12'51.593"E): There is a building of the Faculty of physical science in the upper part of the dormitory area where the WUOC event office is situated. Please contact an organiser in the event office responsible for accommodation and food. Notify the organiser that you participate in the public races. The organiser will give you meal vouchers (if you ordered food) and will refer you to the University dormitory reception where you get your room keys; in case of any troubles please call or Cheaper option (CZK 220 per night) accommodation at the Secondary agricultural school (Střední škola zemědělská) in Olomouc dormitory. Address: Gorazdovo nám. 1 ( N, E), entry from the school yard. Accommodation is possible here on 13 th August from 10:00 to 11:00, then from 18:30 to 19:30, alternatively after previous arrangement with Zuzana Štrajtová (tel or ). 3. Gym (CZK 70 per night) accommodation at the primary school in Protivanov (GPS 49 28'47.877"N, 16 50'4.639"E): accommodation is possible here after the race in Kroměříž on 12 th of August from 19:30. Jaroslava Janošíková (tel ) will have keys from the gym. You will talk to her about regime and closing of the gym. Bus transport: Bus departure for those who have ordered transport: 1

2 13 th August 9:00 Protivanov (primary school) Nectava - 18:00 Nectava Protivanov (primary school) 14 th August 7:30 Protivanov (primary school) Svatý Kopeček - 19:00 Svatý Kopeček Protivanov (primary school) Parking: Parking at the 2 nd stage Svatý Kopeček will be without guarantees by organisers, parking is marked in a map; parking at the other stages will by guaranteed by organisers for a small fee (CZK 30 per car/stage, or a parking card for CZK 90 per car for all days); please prepare small coins; we warn competitors that because of the reconstruction of the road II/150 in Protivanov (especially in the square area), section between Plumlov Protivanov through Malé Hradisko is impassable. Roundabout way goes from Plumlov to Protivanov and further to the arena through Drahany and Niva. Public categories and HDR: Categories P, T and HDR are designated for broad public, category P and T is designated for all competitors without any difference in terms of age or sex; category HDR is designated for parents and their children; competitors in categories P, T and HDR can start at any time from ; there is a special corridor for these categories at the start; in these categories, you can make entry even for a single stage on the day of the stage. Control descriptions: Available in the form of self-service in the event centre Start numbers: Every club will receive start numbers and safety pins at registration Course information will be published on the competition s webpage Punching system: Electronic (SportIdent), you can borrow SportIdent for CZK 20 per stage, CZK 1000 will be required in the case of loss of the borrowed SportIdent; one SportIdent may not be used in the race more than once; competitors must clear and check their SportIdent when passing the pre-start area; runners in categories P, T and HDR start by punching the starting control; race ends by punching the finish control at the finish line; competitors are required to read their SportIdent immediately after finishing their race in the finish area. Maps handover: Maps will not be collected in the finish, please observe fair play. Kindergarten: Kindergarten will be available in the event centre of each stage. Notice: Runners compete at their own risk under valid Orienteering rules and Competition rules of ČSOS; free of charge medical treatment will be offered in the finish area; runners shall cover further medical treatment from their own medical insurance. 2

Refreshments: There will be water at more distant starts (S1 and S3). At the finish (water, ionic drink); please use the offer of the buffet for further refreshment, girls and boys from organising clubs have prepared special Czech cakes ( buchta ) for you at the 1 st, 3 rd and 4 th stage. Hygiene: Firemen tanks with tubs, TOI-TOI in the event centre and provisional toilets at more distant starts (S1 and S3) 3

4 Jury: Zdenka Kozáková (TBM), Pavel Ptáček (BBM6508), Kristýna Skyvová (STE) Prize giving ceremony: Overall winners will be awarded after the 4 th stage on 16 th August in the event centre, best three runners in all categories will be awarded medals, diplomas and small prizes; runners in category HDR will receive a small prize in the finish of every stage; 2 nd stage winners will be awarded individually as the Grand Prix of Olomouc best three runners in every category will receive their prizes. Further actual information will be published on information boards in event centres. Maps of event centres of each stage will be published on Sale of maps, running jerseys with WUOC 2014 logo and other things will be held in the event office in event centres.
